Close to the beach but bring earplugs
The terrace is the best place in the property, it's comfortable for sunbathing, for have a late night dinner and watch the sunset. Restaurants and shops are close and so as the bus station which is lead to downtown. The airport is close to the property so the taxi route was not long. The little front terrace is convenient as well, bacause it has a sunshade. The upper bathroom is splendidly renovated. The fridge and the freezer is a blessing as well, properly working and big sized for 5 people's food and drinks.
Because the apartment is next to Los Cuñaos restaurant, which is open everyday until 12AM at least, it is noisy, but not because of the guests, but because of the staff who are yelling and hacking the beer bottles and whatnot after their shifts. The other noisy thing are the parrots who live on the palms in front of the house, they are really loud birds, especially when they arguing with the seagulls! In our 5th day the gas bottle in the kitchen has run out, but they are changing fast so it's a good thing overall. The capsule coffee maker was full of scale so it doesn't work at all. We found another coffee maker which was working but not properly. So we are suggesting to provide another well-working coffee machine. We didn't miss an A/C because the ventillators works well but it is noisy on high position so it makes difficult to sleep calmly. Maybe a little maintenance for it could be in order.

location, sea view, parking next to building. they also provided beach towels ( we didn’t use them though). upper bathroom was nicely renovated.
I don’t know where to start. First of all you have to pay directly to the bank account of the property but we guaranteed our arrival by credit card on booking with no cancellation policy. Still had to pay directly to the property. They overcharged us, I refused to pay. After few mails with me sending screenshots from booking they corrected the price, but we had to pay 150e security deposit (not a word on booking about it). ok.. so we arrived to house ( 2 hrs before we sent message to the person responsible for checking in). We got the response “ok”. We came there in no one was greeting us. After 10 mins we decided to knock on the door and there were cleaning lady which didn’t know we will arrive before 18.00. We got the key from her and went to walk around and to the dinner. We returned at 23.15 and wanted to take a shower ( we travel with 2 kids who were all muddy from the beach), and we realized there is no hot water, no gas. We don’t know how to manage gas heaters so we called “emergency” number from the agency responsible and we got some nasty not inspected lady. She told us she cant do anything and she is sleeping and it is not an emergency!! Why we need hot water and gas at 23.30?! Eeerm? We paying for it?? we need a hot shower after hot day? why do I need to explain?? She said someone will come at the 8am. Sp we went to the neighborhood restaurant and asked for help. They opened the gas bottle and things started to work but after it was a very strong gas smell in the house. We contacted agency again. We told them it is dangerous, we cant use gas and without it we can’t cook and we don’t have hot water. Attitude of agency staff is below normal! Communication on the level like we are school mates. They said thank you, we will look on it after one day of ignoring, but no one came or contacted us. We found out gas stove doesn’t have security switch on one of the stoves so if it is just a little bit in a wrong position gas is leaking. Crazy dangerous!!!
