La vista, la piscina y la cercanía del mar

Arrendé por 10 días este departamento para mí, mi pareja y mi hijo, y varias cosas no me gustaron: 1. Es un departamento que lo arriendan para 3 personas, pero sin embargo no cuenta con las comodidades para que estén más de 2 personas en el lugar. 2. Al llegar no habían utensilios de cocina ni tampoco de aseo. Tuve que llamar y recién al día siguiente los llevaron. 3. Habían dejado solamente dos toallas, cuando en realidad lo arrendé y me cobraron para 3 pasajeros. Tuve que llamar y recién ahí me llevaron una toalla adicional. 4. Durante 10 días nunca nos facilitaron más toallas, tuvimos que utilizar las mismas siempre. 5. Durante 10 días tuvimos que usar las mismas sábanas, porque no facilitan nuevas sábanas limpias para el recambio. 5. El departamento no cuenta con servicio de aseo, a pesar que otros departamentos en el lugar son arrendados con servicio de aseo. Y para colmo, tampoco dejan los utensilios para que uno haga el aseo. Debes andar comprando los implementos. 6. En las fotos de referencias, aparece un dispensador y bidón de agua, cosa que es falsa. Eso no sucede. 7. El dueño se mantiene indiferente y es poco atento a los requerimientos. 8. Un día se tapó el WC, llamé temprano para avisarles y dijeron que acudirían de inmediato a resolver el problema. Salimos y al volver en la tarde no lo habían realizado, situación incómoda para tres personas compartiendo un baño. 9. El departamento se encuentra en el kilómetro 19.5 de la avenida principal de la zona hotelera, alejado del centro y la zona de restaurantes. Si uno no arrienda un vehículo, tendrá que recurrir al transporte público y/o taxi a cada rato. 10. El refrigerador tenía mal olor y un ruido fuerte que en la noche se hacía molesto. Sugiero No arrendar este departamento si va por varios días y son más de dos personas las que alojarán. Puede encontrar otros lugares mejores por el mismo precio.

Ad is misleading, multiple images shown of different apartments, you probably wont get what you expect – Our did not have a balcony. But good apartment overall with sea views, good wifi and good air con, more like an Air BnB though. Small kitchenette good for cooking. Some things are looking a little bit worn out and tired in the apartment. The swimming pool is lovely, as overlooks the sea and there is an overpriced bar and restaurant on site, although it is all pretty soleless.

The building itself is pretty run-down and the host (Hector) is slow at replying and very unhelpful and quite rude.

I liked the location and how it was beachfront.

The place is more like an Airbnb and is not apart of the hotel Cancun Plaza. Upon arrival, we had no welcome or handbook about the place. There is something that looks like a camera in the corner of the room. I immediately took it down and removed the batteries and placed it in a drawer. The AC leaked on the bed and stopped working my first night. I called Hector and he said he couldn’t fix it and couldn’t guarantee someone could come to fix it the next day. He didn’t even have someone change the sheets. The majority of the sockets in the room didn’t work (including the bathroom). There was a block of sockets next to the TV, however we had to discover it ourselves because of no handbook. Housekeeping is not included in the property, which is inconvenient when you’re there for more than 5 days. They only provide one towel per guest and are stingy about toilet paper. The door to the room is tight and was hard to come in and out of especially with luggage. The elevators are tiny and the door will shut on you if you’re not quick. The facility doesn’t allow music to be played at the pool. I do not recommend this place. I feel like you could get a better one for the same price.

Que el nombre de Capitan Suites no aparece por ningún lado en la zona hotelera, se llama Plaza Cancún. anduve perdido debido a eso.

The pool and restaurant

They didnt provide an everyday cleaning. Everything was extra and no one welcomes you. Then it seem like they had camaras so it was uncomfortable even though the cleaning lady said it was sensons for the AC.
