Very small, location hidden down a side street, everything smelled like smoke, very tiny tv remote was orange with nasty build up. AC didn't work I had to look up a tutorial on YouTube on how to fix it myself. The bed was big but very uncomfortable, all the walls were exposed brick and concrete no toiletries in the shower.

The smell, the walls were cracked and dirty, the towel rack and toilet paper holder fell off the walls!

Small AF room with impractical too large furniture for the size of the room. Smoke smell in room. leaking faucet at the base of fixture. toilet uncomfortably placed in small bathroom and not set properly. Obvious drug deliveries going on. I was relieved to leave this place at the crack of dawn! It looks like they are trying to renovate by updating the rooms. However, it’s definitely in the category of if you put lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig.

Good value for what you pay in New York city especially in staten Island where it very safe

Staff was very polite

The bathroom had no wash clothes, the toilet seat was loose , and the sheets were stain. And the bed was sank in on one side. I think a simple upgrade will increase their profit and ratings.

I had a room

The room smells like smoke, the bed has stains on it, the sheet had a cigarette burn hole on it, the light was flickering continuing to go on and off, the toilet was making noise and smelled like urine
