Julie and Craig were the prefect hosts, helpful very friendly Breakfast was cooked to perfection, and the room was everything we expected, clean comfortable with all the finishes top quality

The owners couldn't have been more helpful. You can tell they are making an effort to think about the small details. The room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in I could not pic fault if I wanted to. We were a last minute booking so were expecting to take whatever was available and stumbled on this gem of place and its owners. We come once maybe twice a year for a short break and will 100% be using The Windsor each time from now on. Thanks for an extremely comfortable stay and the effort you put in to your lovely place.

shower was very difficult to turn the temperature down - stiff. I am a strong man but had to get out a use a flannel to turn the controller down a not sure how others would fair… I would have mentioned it to the staff but I had to leave for work…

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The hotel is in a quiet area and the proprietors were friendly and efficient and we will book this hotel again

My wife and I struggle with stairs and a lift would have been nice. The tv in the room had been tampered with and the main channels were not tuned in

A bit out of town, this is by no means a negative thing the tram stops at the end of there road.
