We stayed for 2 nights at this location. The hotel room was not too large but not small according to Japanese standards. It felt pretty clean. We got 2 beds. They are put together which is fine. Theres a little sitting area and a table. Theres enough room for luggage and belongings. There is no closet but there are places to hang belongings.
Beds were pretty comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel. I loved that it was in between Tenjin and Canal city. Theres a lot of small restaurants near here and a 24 hour supermarket as well. I used the onsen facilities and it felt pretty clean. Theres only 1 onsen but when we went there was no one there so it felt huge.
Overall I would recommend a stay here.

Great room. Shower is excellent and the cleaner gave fresh sheets, pajamas and slippers daily. Had a spillage on bed and was cleaned by cleaner with no issue which I am grateful for.

It is not close to metro or bus station. Hotel charge facility fee upon check in. Clothes not drying even after 3 rounds of 30mins paid.

The breakfast was good and yummy. The room was relatively small when compared with other hotels.

It takes around 15-20mins walk to Tenjin Station. Ramen and coffee place around, location is decent.
The hotel room is neat, not very spacious.
Special thanks to the kind staff lady, help us to arrange taxi to airport.

Location is great. 7-8 mins walk to Tenjin Station. Near to Canal City. Plenty of small restaurants near the hotel so you won’t go hungry. The room is considered big by Japanese standard. Wish they could give us international sized pillows. The pillows are small. Got a neck ache after sleeping in them for a few nights😅 Otherwise everything was nice! Bought breakfast. It was simple and decent for the price. Thank you!

It was a great stay. Hotel is located within walking distance from train station, surrounded with good food and malls. The customer service was great. The slight down side was the small room size.

Convenient location around 7 mins walk from Tenjin Minami station. Many restaurants' surroundings as well as a 24hrs convenience store.

it was very modern and cozy hotel located between Hakata Stn. and Tenjin. it's pretty accessible to move and look arouund the area. And there's a convenient store and a mart nearby. I would recommend this hotel to my freinds!

The public hot spring is not spacious enough

No recommendation when you reach out to fukuoka. The elevator seems horrible and they will never change your bed sheets even though you request.
The room is way smaller to the images shawn and to comparing other hotels in fukuoka in price wise.
And eventually the lights in the room is too dark.
The only thing i could enjoyed was the speed of internet wifi. You can not call a taxi at the hotel due to location. You have to walk out to pull over the taxi

Convenient location and lots of eateries and convenience stores around. 7min walk from Tenjin minami subway station. 10min walk to Tenjin shopping area, Yatai and Canal City Hakata. Excellent service from the staff at Cross Life!
