When the room was changed at short noticed, it was a clean room. I am also grateful to the owner for sourcing alternative accommodation when the room was double booked but not so much for how he has handled the stress and inconvenience caused!

I arrived to find the room already occupied. Had to call the owner to find the room had been double booked. This was 2pm, I was due at Wembley at 3pm. It wasn't until 9pm that an alternative accommodation was sourced, 5 miles away. I had to leave the concert, go back to Wembley Rooms then pay to get across to Cricklewood to the alternative address. The owner had agreed to refund the taxi fare plus half the booking cost (£79.60 in total). I have this in writing. He has refunded £65.00 and is now ignoring my messages. I had promised that if he fulfilled his end of the agreement I would give a much better review but as he hasn't I am giving an honest assessment. The rooms were functional but not spectacular. The communication was sparse. The bed in Cricklewood was so short that at 5ft 10in my feet hung over the bed. The owner had offered a free nights stay the next time I was in London (about £120). I asked for £55 back and had it agreed but have now been short changed. Avoid at all costs, I have scored because at least I didn't end up on the streets but could have been handled MUCH better!

Location and easy access, good instructions as to how to get to property. Good facilities in shared kitchen

Les voisins qui lavent et bricolent leurs autos à 23h jusque 01h du matin. L hôte n'y ai pour rien mais vraiment dérangeant. La propreté des sanitaires communs est décevante Poils et urine partout pas de cuvette à toilettes. Frigo commun pour toutes les chambres sauf la notre no 6 Bien pour une nuit en dépannage mais pas au delà.

SHARED BATHROOM!!! ...and it was NOT mentioned in the description details, just the shared kitchen! If I knew that, I would not have booked this place! 6 rooms are using two bathrooms on each floor! I haven't done that since college! And it was dirty, used by others (obviously men) as well, so it was incredibly uncomfortable and disgusting as well! I was soooo disappointed 😞! The photos are too great, the place was renewed about 10 years (according to the style) and it has been pretty much used since then....

Shower a bit temperamental

The location was great for a game we we watching at Wembley, easy access and very comfortable room/bed

We couldn’t seem to get the shower temperature to stay at one level, it was either freezing cold or scolding hot
