Ok. Not much exciting to write about.

The Property building does not have Elevator.

I liked the price.

There was no eating stuff (table, spoon, cup, and etc.) at room. Also, there was no refrigerator at room.

it’s a basic hotel and the first room given to us was really bad and stinks! the second room was on the top floor without any lift. so good for health at least.

I like that it was quiet and within a short walk from ADO, supermarkets, coffee shops, a fruit shop, and a park with street food and attractions for children. The staff was always welcoming and smiley!

The reception people were ok, breakfast ok

Not changing sheet after guests are leaving. We found hair on our sheet and only after asking they changed it. Noisy till about 12 at night and from 5 in the morning. People are just talking or screaming at the coridors. Rooms smells bad because they are not refreshed. This was one of the worst hotels we have been in more than two month in middle and south Americs

Hotel is centrally located, bus route is nearby, hotel was clean and the staff was very accomodating.

No pool available. No elevator

Clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed, good location very near Mercado 28, where we got a very nice dinner at Mr. Habanero. Staff was friendly and helpful. The TV had at least a couple of stations with shows in English.

No coffee/coffeemaker in the room! We were only in the hotel for one night before a very-early-morning flight. If the hotel did offer some kind of breakfast, we were checked out way before that could have happened. When we first got into the room, there was an overpowering smell of some kind of deodorizer (I suppose). We had to open the window and air the room out for a good hour to make it bearable. We could not figure out how to turn the TV on; our party had reserved two separate rooms and none of us could make the TV work in either room. When we asked for help at the reception desk, an employee quickly came up and fiddled with the buttons on the side of the TVs and got them both to work.

if you want to sleep well after long travel- don’t choose that hotel. We arrived late, were super tired and wanted to rest. Unfortunately you can hear every step and voice in your room, from The corridor…

Front desk good service. Very good service, at all times of the day. Quiet and bright inside. Hot water available and water machine. Felt safe in this neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants and grocery stores.

Toilet slow flush. Shower is weak.

WIFI in the rooms was absolutely rubbish- only worked in the reception area - also the room key had to be activated daily which was annoying

Good value for money if you're looking for a short stay

The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke even though it isn't allowed to smoke in the hotel. Clearly some guests were not respecting this rule. Our room didn't smell though.

Helpful and friendly staff. Everything very clean. Good location, walking distance from bus station.

The staff was amicable and helpful. The reception girl was amiable all the time.

The room. Even though they changed the room because the AC was leaking the new room had the same problem and also, the light did not work, the shower door was broken, and the internet was slow.
