All amenities such as restaurants, ATM within walking distance. Lots of parking space. Cozy room although the building looks like still under construction but not. Such design is the 1st i had seen

Bathroom is little cramp and water dripped from shower hose. Lightings is not enough

Near to foodie and easy to get a ride. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Appreciate them so much for being so helpful to me. I will definitely recommended this hotel to anyone. So comfort, the bed is very exceedingly comfortable.

I like that the hotel is a bit out of the town's busy area because I came to KK for leisure and relaxation.

I've been staying at this hotel for five days and have a couple of comments. First, I dislike the bathroom because the water pools and doesn't drain properly. Second, the breakfast could be more varied; having nasi lemak every day gets boring. Including options like nasi goreng or nasi kuning would be great.

Location: 1. Close to eateries (i.e. seafood restaurant, dominos) and shops (i.e. convenience store). Almost all are within walking distance, including the Inanam Night Market! Besides, this hotel is not too far from the city centre! To reach here, you can use e-hailing services, or the Sabahan minivan (public transportation although I don't recommend it if you're not that familiar with the Sabahan public transportation style, no fixed timetable etc). 2. View from hotel, especially from the rooftop. Beautiful city and sunset view from the front side, and interesting view of the green hilly area with Inanam river from the back side.

Stayed at Level 9 and the hallway is a bit dark, but not a huge issue. Wifi can be unstable at times, depending on devices so probably it's my device issue.

We got a small room so everything was near each other

It was frankly quite cramped - they charged quite a bit because it was the holiday season so rooms were scarce. Otherwise I feel the room rates should be at least 50% cheaper

The industrial effect was perfect for my taste

No pool

Comfy, value for money, good for family and good breakfast.

Bedroom is not soundproof, I can hear people talk from inside/outside room. But everything is good.
