Water's Edge - Sea Front Self Catering Apartment in the Heart of Swanage
Water's Edge est un bel appartement indépendant situé au cœur de Swanage. Avec une vue panoramique sur la baie de Swanage, la plage est à votre porte et les meilleurs pubs, restaurants et magasins Swanage a à offrir sont moins d'une minute.
Notre appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à six avec un hébergement polyvalent comprenant une chambre à deux lits rez-de-chaussée et salle de douche et une grande salle familiale étage inférieur avec une impressionnante salle de bains. Nous sommes également accepte les animaux domestiques, les chiens bien élevés sont les bienvenus!
Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis pour les réservations hebdomadaires (un paquet de linge peut être fourni pour de courtes pauses sur demande). Un parking sécurisé est disponible pour certaines périodes s'il vous plaît renseigner.
Séjour minimum de 7 nuits entre avril et septembre
Court séjour disponible Octobre - Mars

This is a lovely large flat, very well equipped and in an unbeatable location. You won’t be wanting for much whilst you’re here. All part of a fantastic holiday, well worth it.

The Apartment was immaculately clean and tidy.. Instructions were clear and precise and location is perfect for a stress free break, as anything you need is within walking distance.. Also Parking at the front or the rear is an added welcome bonus..

Perfect location looking out over Swanage Bay right on the sea front. My husband had recently had a knee operation so couldn’t walk far so it was ideal.
We did have one day when workmen were working a couple of doors away & he parked a large van straight across the front window & we couldn’t see a thing. We asked him to move it but he didn’t. It was there from 9am-5pm. All in all a lovely stay though. Claire was always very helpful. Thanks .

Waters edge... says it all! you are right on the front. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Safe parking at the back of the property was a real bonus! Shops and places to eat are literally within 30 meters of the front door... all in all a lovely place to stay.

A very clean Appartment in a central position. The bedrooms are on 2 levels. There is a steep stairway to the family room. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, plenty of flat walking. Many places to visit in the area. We loved Swanage Bay and the town.

The flat is well supplied and clean. The location is wonderful and having parking is a terrific bonus. We loved the views from the lounge and especially watching the changing vistas in Swanage Bay. Claire was delightful to deal with. Thanks very much

We absolutely loved the property! It was beautiful and had amazing panoramic views of the bay
We had a really wonderful week at Water's Edge! The location was perfect; right by the sea and in the centre of Swanage, so it was very close to all the local facilities and was also very near to the beautiful harbour area. The property was really lovely with a large lounge which included a window seat, with amazing panoramic view all around the bay. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, dorset ginger biscuits and other refreshments, which was a lovely touch. The property accommodated 5 people as well as our dog! The downstairs bathroom was amazing with a beautiful bath and shower room, and there was also an upstairs toilet and shower room too. We were very impressed with the property and Claire the owner, was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries we had when we first arrived. Thank you for a truly wonderful holiday! I would fully recommend this property.

Would definitely recommend this apartment.
Good facilities and location for people watching or watching the waves, Good walks, we didn't use the car for the week that we were there.
The parking is at the back of the property, which is ideal when the waves are rough, as it saves the car from the sea salt.
Local restaurants / pubs are very good, would recommend the Black Swan, Square & Compass, and the Crows Nest.
The only point of improvement is the bedding could be thicker.
