From arriving to leaving the whole experience was excellent! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, the room was spacious and clean. The beach is right outside and it's perfect for sunset.

Beautiful property with potential but unfortunately the management is lacking the common sense to deal with guest relations.
The spa was not opened as closed which was a major reason of why i came. The over all cleanliness and attention to detail needs to be improved.

Wonderful pool adjacent to the actual hotel’s pool… it’s with the Jetwing hotel next door. Excellent gym. Ice balcony overlooking a garden. Close to the ocean.
Not super clean (at least to my standards), a little worn and perhaps needs updating.

bedrooms comfortable, very loud air conditioning & slow WI-FI not great for working.

location and design were really good.
parts were a little tired and could be upgraded. staff were lovely but slow especially in the bar. dinner was expensive and dishes weren’t replenished.

The room was good, I didn't have time to try the pool, I didn't get to try the breakfast cause I had a late check in.
The house cleaning tried to open the door while I was sleeping in the morning waking me up.

Their vendor Jetwing Travel is a fraud. Overcharge and rob people. They should not be trusted by anybody.

What a perfect place to start a trip. we arrived in the middle of the night so were looking for a place not far from the airport that would allow us some time to unwind and adjust. Jetwing Blue couldn’t have been better. Even though it is a large hotel there was enough space to to never feel crowded and the staff were so happy and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and there are plenty of local restaurants should you chose to not eat in for dinner.
We sat for hours under the palms watching the fishermen at work on the beach.
A drying rack for wet swimming costumes would be helpful.

The food prices don’t truly match after the bill arrives, always one thousand more which is a not right.
Rohan after checking out so very helpful and polite.
He made my stay actually good, he helped me to access booking a pick me to take us home.
Staff at the reception should be able to do that for you.

The beach is quite wide and it looked like a real drop off for swimming so we decided to stay with the pool as we did not know enough about the waters. It was too far from the hotel if we tried to call for help.

Great location. What makes this hotel so amazing is the staff. They went above and beyond. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Great location.
