The quietness of the area during night time and the willingness of staff when i requested for some assistance on something or something to be looked into, staff was very helpful! breakfast was good too.

Overall the room and breakfast was god but i did notice there was stains/dirt under the toilet and sinks, carpet wasn't even hoovered as i could feel bits of rubble and such forcing me to keep my socks/shoes on.

Rooms spacious value for money everthing you needed.breakfast was plenty we enjoyed it .despite few issues stay again.like a ghost town after 11.30 so was quiet . staff were very nice .

Car parking was an issue .1st time been to hotel disabled spaces for cars reserved .told for disabled rooms only.normally 1st come served got blue badge .no one in them with a barrier in front when we arrived.we did get parked in the end but was very tight .broken toilet seat hinges bit rusty. informed the hotel when we left was apologetic. Could done with iron and board in the room.to be fair I didn't ask for one.dining room upstairs may be an issue got mobility problems, no lift.no room service got back 11.30 all eateries were shut ,rang around for delivery gave up in the end .Guess used to 24 hr further south.

Breakfast was great very accommodating to allow me to take our breakfast to the room as couldn't get disabled guest to breakfast room. Staff very friendly good for accommodation for gigs in town.

Not very disabled friendly, ramp incredibly steep and bumpy, disabled bathroom had normal very small toilet with only 1 bar ( no photos of bathroom on site). Lots of stains on the carpets and bathroom was dirty had faeces on the floor and seat no toilet brush to clean. Bed very soft and lumpy. Disabled parking space not available as staff had parked in the way so had to leave the car in the way to get to the room. Breakfast room is up 2 flights of stairs so not disabled friendly but not told this when booking.

It was just perfect for what I needed. Needed somewhere to stay at night . Food wise only needed a breakfast

The garrison was such a beautiful building! With so much potential.

The interior was old and out dated rooms were not clean stains on bedding and the breakfast was quite disappointing.

Nothing-room was initially cold because the radiator was off-but soon warmed up when we switched it on.

Very nice breakfast but my husband who is disabled felt awkward accessing the room so didn’t have a breakfast
