Size of rooms they were very cramped

The pool, a large comfy bed, it was clean and tidy, and good location

The position of the shower over the toilet, and how the whole bathroom gets wet after showering is quite annoying. I requested a late check out (happy to pay extra) but this wasn’t available on the day as it was fully booked. It is what it is, but it definitely messed up my plans.

Great location and close to train station. Water filter in the room. Eco-friendly: no plastic supplies such as shower cap, water bottle, and toothbrush

The room is quite small, and coffee cups and tea & coffee have never been replaced during the entire stay. Old TV with limited channels, unable to watch Netflix.

The bed was awful

Everything was good. No complaints. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast set menu was good, although there were only a few choices, but it was still ok, with refillable coffee and tea. In terms of location, it was very good as it is just nearby Clarke Quay and Chinatown. It's in the center.

Location of the property is within walking distance to many public transport options. Room was clean & tidy with basic amenities (fridge, coffee/tea making facilities), pool was clean & decent sized.

Bed was rock hard & bathroom had no defined shower. Had to ask for extra towels on a couple of occasions.

Clean and comfortable

Staff were very responsive (there was a problem with our lock box and the shower the first day, we asked for them to be fixed and they were immediately). I rate the staff highly. The room and hotel were very clean, another reason why I rate the staff highly as that was their work, so thank you. The location is excellent, very easy for getting around in Singapore. Air conditioning worked well, which is great as it's very hot in Singapore. The pool was small but clean and a relief if you wanted to use it. As a budget hotel, it is reasonable. Singapore is very expensive - this is a 3-star hotel for Singapore, but in other countries you would pay a lot less. Don't go in with high expectations, adjust them and then you will be OK.

There was no separation of the shower and toilet - the shower room was the toilet room. This meant water went every where when having a shower. Unfortunately the bed was one of the most uncomfortable ones that I have every slept on. There was also no cupboard or drawers for clothes to be put. The room is very small, so look at your room size. If you can upgrade to a room with a window. Bring ear plugs as the hotel was noisy - not outside but the residents, other people in the hotel.

The room had sufficient space for a short stay, and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The location has good public transport connections and is relatively close to various landmarks, which are 30 to 40 minutes away on foot taking an easygoing stroll.

The bathroom was small, with very little distance from the place where you are showering and the toilet. Although the toilet can get wet every time you shower this was not a big deal for me and the bathroom fulfilled all my needs overall.

Quarto super pequeno, sem espaço para circular e abrir as malas. Wc minúscula com o chuveiro a cair em cima da sanita. Barulho permanente, durante a noite, da extração de ar.

Everything: lobby was dirty, rooms tiny - ok only for one person. Fortunately we didn’t have our suitcases as they were checked through to destination. No way they would have fit into the room. The beds were rock hard. Only one awful pillow. Breakfast ok.
