The property is well maintained.
The service is not good. They need to improve the quality. It was very difficult to reach reception and restaurant as half of the time the phones were engaged. we have to try for half n hour to get the required things. Even after ordering a small thing such as water bottle we have to call again and again to remind them about it. Overall the service is very poor. apart from this the quality of food is not good. The quantity is very less and the taste is also not good. It’s better to eat outside than to order from hotel menu. even the breakfast buffet had very less and repetitive options with poor taste. This seems like an average hotel with average amenities. They do not stand up to the standards of Sterling group of Hotels.

- The staff was good and helpful

- The hotel is air tight and has central heating, Over run of central heating left the hotel Hot and Dry in night
- The Hotel is atleast 4 km away from Mall road, making it difficult | Expensive to commute (All good restaurant are in Mall Road)
- The Tab Water in bathroom barely produced any water pressure
- Bed comfort was bad
- WI FI was at its worst, Staff claimed there are many guests. The restaurant with 100% occupancy in MG road has better Wi Fi Speed to offer.
- The Fried Fish & Chips ordered was tasteless & raw from inside

Dinner Buffet needs improvement in the quality.

The rooms were comfortable and food was good.The service was very good.We suggested some improvements to the staff.eg toilet needed extra hooks,windows needed stoppers,bath slippers needed to be provided.
The location was not good.The views from the room were not very great.The property is overbuilt and not very spacious with very little open space.

very rude in room dining staff stinking toilets shabby walls and have us a room which has no mountain views

Travel Desk of Sterling, they're expensive and Mr. Pawan is subtly offensive too.

View from the room was excellent, Room was neat and clean, staff was good at property.
Even at my late night check in staff was smiling and took just about a minute to check in.
Food taste was average, Verity wasn't attractive to open up stomach. Specially nonveg.
Atleast cotton slippers to provide in rooms.( A suggestion)
Glow your outer name signboard, it was difficult to search property in late night

Wouldn't rate the cost of rooms as value for money. The classic room and premier room were almost the same. Can't figure out why the premier room was priced at total 18k and I got classic room for 9k
