It’s very clean, and its location is convenient.
The fact that it has a fourth floor, which is considered taboo for many hotels in Taiwan, caught my attention. I was surprised when I received my room card indicating that my room was on the fourth floor. If this is a concern for anyone, I recommend checking it out before making a reservation. However, I must say that everything was enjoyable and satisfactory during my stay😊

location is good, service is good too. room size is big and toliet size is spacious with bathtub.
1)the freezer is totally not working. they put the plug on but it is just room temp. should considered to replaced a new one.
2)It is a bit pricey given there is no outside view- there is window but the view is not toward the city but the neighbor's back-doors.
3) no breakfast included- what!? it costs TWD300 per person for breakfast, given the fee it charges for the room, we think it is totally unreasonable.

The location. The breakfast was great, although we had to be there at least by 9 am (the buffet closes at 10, but there's no refill after 9).

I booked the room with window which cost is applied while room without window, cost is less. The room turned out to have a tiny 1 small emergency window which made the overall daylight too dark.

The staff were nice and accommodated for our request to cancel the remainder of our booking.

The location was great for my wife and son, as I was in town for the Taipei Marathon. It's very close to the MRT station and easy to navigate to and from.
The breakfast was really nice as well.
Everything was very clean.
The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the room, it was very nice and comfy. However, there was a bit of a wet smell, which was most likely from the carpet.
We are very understanding and know it rains all the time in Taipei, so opening the window to let some air in did the job. (Mind you we didn't complain because we solved the issue on our own.)
Maybe shampooing the carpet would help because the rest the hotel, especially the elevators smelled fantastic.

the staffs were nice
tooooo humid in the room, suggest setting up a dehumidifier in the room.

my first room was not very nice, but they were very
accommodating and moved me to another much more
comfortable and Clean room.
it was an older property in which cleaning wasn’t the
best, and while I was in the restroom and asked the
maid to stay out 3 different times. She definitely saw me
naked and was very uncomfortable. I had to get dressed
and ask her to leave because she wasn’t leaving!
