The property is good and clean, it’s made and designed very nicely. The staff is good and everyone is cooperative.

Nothing as such, I just hope they have more food items on the menu. But the chef was still accommodating and told me you can order whatever you like and I would make it for you, felt like a very homely vibe.

I loved the Karachi Branch but definitely will avoid Lahore Branch

I had a horrible experience with Ambiance Lahore. They moved me to 3 different rooms due to bad smell in my room. last night at 2 am they were painting something underneath my window and the smell drove me crazy. When i complained about it they refused to change my room and offered to shift me to another Hotel. disgusting!!!!!!!

The artwork, location and food were amazing. More over, the staff was highly trained and extremely receptive to all our requests. I can’t recommend this high enough!

Beim Kaffee gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Hier würde ich die Anschaffung einer Siebträgermaschine empfehlen. Die Duschen sind sehr rutschig, hier wären Matten hilfreich

Everything was exceptional. The staff were all top notch. Kashaf, Mohsin, and the other front-end staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Asif and the other restaurant staff were very attentive, and the head chef himself was very accommodating. Even the security and support staff were excellent. The design, comfort, and cleanliness are all appreciated. The overall vibe is more updated and aesthetic than the outdated big name hotels in Karachi... The location is also great, located near cafes and shopping in Zamzama, Ocean Mall, Dolmen Mall, etc.

Only downside is there's no gym/pool. However, CORE gym is only a block away inside Ocean Mall (expensive rates, though).
