There's nothing about it at all

Everything had no tv, no sink to get washed, no lampshade curtains, we're filthy dirty. When we checked in, the landy was not interested in us .

Asked about parking as I was attending the match I was told street parking was fine. When I arrived I found it was residents only parking on match days. The property should know about this. There was no information on booking about the bathroom which turned out to be shared. The management should be upfront about this. Also was not told about late check in 4pm and early check out 10am until the day before

I really like the service provided

What did we like? Not much, we moved out after 1 night and did not complete the 5 night stay.

I reported the open sewer problem in the back yard to the owner, who seemed more concerned that we had not told him we had a dog (which we had at the outset). A real public health hazard. So much so that my dog refused to go out in the back yard and wet his bed during the night, preferring to lay in a wet bed than venture out. We learned later from relatives who live nearby that it's the roughest part of Sunderland riddled with drugs and dangerous at night. Waste of money. The owner refused to give any compensation. Booking.com didn't want to know. I'll never use them again.

Lovely comfortable and clean and great value for money. This was my second stay and i will be staying again soon. Lovely host too.

The location was awesome. The place was close to the city center. I loved the place, this place is recommended highly ❤️
