great location near the center and the train station, elevator in the building, possibility to store luggage even after check-out, daily cleaning

This apartment is only 10min away from.the train station and the old city centre .AC works well .

Poor water heating system , need light on the shower and a bit noisy ,you can hear everything in the building . Suggestions a mini fridge and a kettle would be a bonus to the property .

The location was great, near the old city and the main shopping street with restaurants. On a 10 minute walk from the trainstation (direct connection with airport). Our room was spacy on the streetside with a good airco, good beds and you can get the sleeping room very dark. With balcony. Supermarket is nearby on a 2 minute walk. Our room and separate bathroom was well cleaned and fresh. On the ground floor there is immediately a good and not expensive coffee bar..more small shop nearby. Communication with the host was good. We could leave our luggage when we arrive early before check-in time..so that was pleasant. The rooms are on the second floor. There is no self check-in.

On our two night visit the warm water supply for washing and showering showing problems. Two times no hot water at all after long waiting and one time warm water for just 2 minutes. When the owner tried to fix the problem afternoon there wasn't any problem and there was indeed stable warm water. Again in the late evening I need to took a very quick wash..so be prepared is all I can say 😉 A possibility to make tea or coffee in the room would be nice. We knew it wasn't here but we missed it. A simple watercooker isn't expensive and makes your stay more comfortable, convenient.

The service was very poor. When we arrived to the apartment, the cleaning woman started to ask us about political questions. Instead of welcoming, she introduced us russian propaganda. As a result, it affected negatively our impression about the place. We didn't enjoy our stay in this apartment and probably won't come back

Perfect location, 5-10 minutes away from everything (the old town, the train station, the main pedestrian streets, shops, cafes etc.). We had a room with very good air conditioning to keep us cool (outside temperatures were crazy hot in August), and a private bathroom right across from our room (although not all rooms have that). There is a small shared fridge where you can keep water, beer, some small snacks, etc. The bathroom is nice and has a bidé, which is really convenient

quite noisy, you can hear everything happening in the other rooms. The cleaning lady turned off the air conditioning when we left and we came back to a super hot room. Plus, she threw out our toothpaste and toothbrush from the *private* bathroom, saying that she though we left and she made a mistake (what?!?…). She apologized afterwards at least and bought a new toothbrush

The location of this apartment is excellent and near to the train station.

location: very central value for money: for €65/night we have a double room with aircon. Can’t complain about the price. Aircon is nice and quiet and I also like the fact that we have a balcony.

The facility is minimal. One of light bulb in the hallway is automatic but the sensor is closer to the door and the other one didn’t actually work so I walked out of the toilet in pitch black. The photo on Booking.com didn’t actually show the building so I was confused when I got there. It’s located in a building near the crossroads. You really need to look to find it because there is no clear sign.

Good location, everything is in 10 minutes walking distance.

Many people mentioned that the towels and the bedsheet were smelly. I can confirm that, they were disgusting, I was not even sure if they were washed in a washing machine at all. Hot water runs out after 5 minutes, so if your girlfriend washes her hair, you are ought to shower in cold after her. Very cheap mentality I have to say. One day the cleaning lady didn’t lock our room, anyone could’ve just enter our room, luckily nothing was stolen.

Central location

The room was like a gathering of very used and mixed pieces of furniture,collected from second hand(like white painted, metalic old tables as nightstands, old dark brown chest of drawers Ikea ,used as TV stand, chairs from plastic,etc). When I've arrived , the sheets and pillow cases were broken and were smelling so bad, not detergent's fresh smell , like they have been very used a lot before,not changed and watching carefully i saw red hair on pillows,confirming that were not changed.I've sent pictures to the owner and asked by sms to send a person to change them and even after that, the damaged pillows were smelling more all less like before,so I've covered them with a big towel. Overall,bad experience of cleaning. No glasses, no kettle, no water. Location is central,has potential but i recommend to the owner,sorry, to throw those old very used,bad smelling,damaged sheets and pillows from that cheap material and to invest a little in the room,just to create sleeping comfort,because we,as tourists are looking for good sleep in nice,fresh ,comfortable bed . This room doesn't deserve the money.I've paid 60€ for 1 night .We have been in a group of 6 ladies for a nice trip in Bari and around , divided in 3 accommodations and visiting their accommodations i can say that was a huge difference in cleaning especially and overall. A business must be supervised by the owner and maintained, to be beneficial for both sides,meaning owner and customers ,otherwise cannot be called "business ".

Clean place, very good location, comfy bed

The staff wasn't very polite. We had to wait for the check-in lady outside for 20 minutes, although they knew exactly when we will arrive. It was stressed that we had to communicate via whatsapp and that we were lucky they had read our messages sent in booking.com. It is easily when other people come in and out and use the bathrooms.

The best place to stay in Bari! We were fascinated by the hostess - a kind and responsive lady. The room is equipped with everything you need, has an amazing view and is located in a great place - in the city center near supermarkets, cafes and the main street.
