The house was nice, clean and right on the golf course.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the location. We were able to walk to the resort while also having plenty of amenities at our finger tips with this home. Overall the pictures are a great representation and owner was very responsive.

House perfectly set up for golfers. Bill was timely with access codes and responded promptly to text messages. Would definitely stay again.

This house was centrally located and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a small issue with checkin and it was remedied immediately - the owner was great to work with. We had a very nice stay - would recommend to others!

We had a great stay at Bill’s house for a golf weekend. Location is unbeatable, right on fairway of a beautiful par 5 hole and close to clubhouse of No 2 course and the Cradle. Also enjoyed all of the golf themed books and memorabilia around the house. Hope to book the house again for our next trip!

This house was a perfect set up for the golf trip we planned in Pinehurst. Layout and features of the house were awesome for comfortably sleeping and entertaining 8 adults. Location was the biggest feature, right on the fairway of the #3 course and less than a mile from the clubhouse and village. Hats off to Bill for making sure we had everything we needed during our stay!

After the winter we had in VA, all my buddies and I needed this trip. This is the 2nd year staying in this house and it was perfect shape and had all the amenities we needed. The house is owned by a teaching pro who took a couple of guys and gave them some well needed lessons. Not being from the area I asked his help in getting us some tee times. In my opinion we got to play some really nice courses at great rates. The house is set up perfect for a larger group of people. Large open floor plan with big couches. We had a couple of big ping pong tournaments as well on the screened in porch.. Since the house is on Pinehurst #3, we sat and enjoyed watching other hackers like ourselves hit it around from the deck.. I can't say enough good things about our trip. The owner was there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the house and had maps of the area. House was clean, bright and set up well. I can safely say we will be back for our 3 yr in a row in 2015... Thanks so much VA Boys...

Our group (6 gents in all) could not have been more pleased with the accommodations of our host for our recent Golf / Bach Party celebration weekend! It was the perfect size for our group (with room for at least 8 if needed) and ideal for an extended weekend of golf and fun. The only problem? We didn't stay a third day and play more golf!! Bill is a well-established golf teaching pro and he helped us line up the perfect series of tee-times for our golf extravaganza. Back to back rounds at Foxfire on Friday and another at Whispering Pines on Saturday. We didn't have to worry about a thing and the staff at each club treated us like long-time, loyal members. As for the house itself: spacious and comfortable with lots of golf-related posters, memorabilia and the like to pique your golfing imagination. Bill provided plenty of maps and other helpful brochures and taxi contacts to ensure we had a stress-free time. The kitchen featured some beautiful new appliances, and plenty of room in the fridge for all of our food and refreshments. It was easy to prepare and cook all of the food we brought in the spacious kitchen and the deck is great for grilling out and sippin' some cold beer as you watch golfers try to conquer the tricky 15th hole at P'hurst No. 3. WiFi was great and staying connected to the outside world was not an issue while we were there. Not that anyone really wanted to think about anything besides golf and NCAA basketball. And some occasional ping-pong where the battles got a little heated on WimBILLdon's "Centre Court" game room. In short, what more could you possibly want for your stay with buds for golf, brews and relaxation?? Can't wait for the next trip we book with Bill and we will most definitely make sure we play Mid-Pines or Pine Needles (right down the street) to maximize our down time at Bill's welcoming and comfortable home!! Comfortable, roomy home for a holiday visit to Pinehurst. Our family of 9 including 3 generations had a great visit to Pinehurst last weekend before Xmas. The home was great and Bill was very helpful with golf suggestions and tee times. We were very lucky with the weather in December too. Hope to return again!

My husband and I rented Bill's house for Thanksgiving. Originally we planned to arrive on Tuesday and due to an illness we could not arrive until Wednesday. Bill was great about allowing us to change our rental dates. The house slept five adults and one baby very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. It was missing a few things, but nothing major; my mom constantly referred to being in the house as "fancy camping." The house is located very close to the Pinehurst club, one day we took the baby for a walk out the back and easily walked down to the club and back. I highly recommend Bill's house.

A few old high school buddies of mine met up in Pinehurst for a wedding weekend. We stayed at Bills house which ended up being a wonderful treat. The house is perfectly located in the Village very close to everything, it was very clean, and most importantly Bill was very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. I would recommend this house to anyone! If you are looking for a place to stay in Pinehurst, look no farther.

This trip was set up to get our sales region of 7 together to spend a few days together to relax, play some golf, and enjoy each others company. This home allowed us to do just that. The home was set up just as advertised. Enjoyed the fact that it was a very close walk to the village and was situated on the fairway of the Pinehurst #3 course on a beautiful hole. Everything was there that we needed. The owner had made the home comfortable and easy to relax. Everyone was pleased with the arrangements and location. Based on our stay, we are definitely interested in reserving this property again next year. I would recommend staying here. Bill, the owner, was extremely good to work with and was genuinely concerned that we were all pleased with the arrangements with our stay.

Thank you very much for the use of your house last week. I would truly recommend it to anyone coming to Pinehurst. We had our family of four, plus all the grandparents with us. We all had a bed and plenty of living place. The layout of the house was perfect for us. Plenty of seating at the kitchen table and in the living room. We had many ping pong and putting. We love trying out all the different types of putter and laughing at the old school ones. The view was amazing from the 15th hole on Pinehurst #3 and the grocery store is near as well. Thank you for the pool passes too. It was a great way to relax after each day of the tournament. I hope to see you again next year for the US Kids World Championship again. We had a blast and loved your house.

We had a group of 4 couples stay at Bill's house. The place was clean and comfortable. The location on the 15th hole of Pinehurst #3 was one of the best perks. We spent a lot of time watching the golfers from the lovely back deck area. We would rent this house again without question. Bill was also very helpful with information about the area and in getting us tee times.

4 of us for our annual AMF golf outing. House was great. Close to everything. Like the old Nissan Xterra, "Everything you need, nothing you don't"! Thanks Bill for the accomodations! We'll be back for AMF VI.

Two friends and I rented Bill's house for five days in late April.It worked out perfecetly. The house has plenty of room, a great entertaiment center and the fact its right on the course is a real plus. Bill is not only a good landlord but he helped us with tee time. This house can easily sleep 4 couples, there are 4 separate sleeping rooms. I'll be back!
