Maison de 2 étages à Somersworth NH w / salle de jeux, grande terrasse, jacuzzi, étang de koi, et bar.
2 salles de bains, 3 chambres privées (6 couchages) et il y a 2 ensembles de lits superposés dans le sous-sol / salle de jeux (dort encore 4). Cependant, la maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes (c'est-à-dire plusieurs futons, matelas pneumatiques, canapés, etc.).
Il y a un sous-sol / salle de jeux avec 130 "TV, une table de ping-pong et jeu de fléchettes. Très grande terrasse arrière w / 8 personne hottub et plusieurs tables pour manger ainsi que des grillades pour les grillades.
Il y a un foyer pour rôtir mars-mellows & singsong. Il y a un kiosque et un étang de koi en plein air + petite cascade avec des sièges pour se détendre autour et écouter de la musique. Grande cour arrière avec jeux prédéfinis, comme le volleyball, le badminton et les fers à cheval.

My group had an excellent stay. We had a mix of adults in their 30s-40s, and children aged 2-6. This property had plenty of space, and a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. It's location is convenient of groceries and any essentials you may need to buy. Also conveniently located nearby are easily accessible trails! Overall would highly recommend for any large group.

The theatre room was amazing. We used it to watch the Celtics and a movie. They have speakers all throughout the house you can easily connect to. The grill worked great for us and the hot tub was really nice. Lots of space to sleep too. And ping pong table was in great shape. The owner was highly responsive for any questions we had.

We stayed at this property while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The house is very large with lots of fun things to do. The shower upstairs has jets everywhere, and the home theater was perfect for watching football games, TV and movies.

The house was incredible with all the wonderful amenities (that were exactly as they were described). The natural surrounding was breathtaking with a beautiful pond and incredible bridges over creeks, it was everything our group wanted for a Fall break. I was also so appreciative of how ontop of it the property managers were, they were so helpful, especially in the run-up to the weekend!

We had a really great experience at this property, it has tons of amenities and is in a beautiful location. The yard and pond/walking trails are really nice and the deck is an incredible place to hang out. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it.

We had a large group, and this house worked perfectly for us. I wish the weather were better so we could have taken more advantage of the huge outdoor space, but we had a great time with the game room and home theatre.

Property owner was super helpful with getting us booked and into the property with times that helped us out. Property was amazing! This is a must stay if you have a large group. Location is very private, minutes away from a ton of different activities, but you won't need to go anywhere to have a good time as the house has everything you need. Definitely hoping to stay again in the future. If you are on the fence, trust me when I say that it is WELL WORTH IT.

Communication was great from start to finish. Property was large and lots of outdoor areas for activities. The movie theater was a big perk as well, when you weren't soaking in the hot tub.

Absolutely loved this house. We stayed for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and the property is so beautiful. The owner was really attentive and even answered phone calls when we had questions. 10/10

From beg to end,it was seamless and incredible hospitality. This was the first time this group of friends from a social non profit group went away together. The manager was extremely attentive and resourceful. We are now planning next year.

Sean’s place was great, Mike was an awesome manager. Very accommodating, checked in throughout the stay, responsive, easy to work with and friendly. Our stay couldn’t have gone better. The house was very expensive for the amount of time we were there, but options in the area are very limited and it was exactly what we were looking for.

This house was perfect for our bachelorette getaway and has every amenity you could possibly need and more! Very simple check-in and check-out process. Mike was very helpful through the whole process and checked-in with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! Incredibly communicative property manager, simple check-in and check-out process. We had about 12 guys up there for a bachelor party, and this house had everything we needed. Great yard for games, close to a golf course, movie theatre, and Mario Kart on N64.

Perfect venue for a large get together! 10 of us had plenty of room, sleeping accommodations and awesome activities to do in this house! Owner/renter was fantastic. Very fast to answer any questions and very friendly. Will certainly come back for similar get togethers in the future!

Lots of things to do at the house inside and outside. Great electronical gadgets and lots of nature to enjoy. The river stream, the gazebo, the fire pit hot tub lots of stuff to mention. Great experience all around...definitely would love to come back

I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend with a large group of college friends. The house is very spacious and comfortably slept 14 of us. Sean's house is well equipped with activities, movies, games, hot tub, etc -- plenty to keep us occupied during a rainy long weekend. Sean is also highly responsive and answered several questions over the course of the weekend. Would highly recommend for a large friend group!

The location and the property were excellent. Close to everything you would need. Awesome golf courses nearby as well. The property has tons of things to do. It was spacious and clean. Checkin and checkout were easy. Large groups will love this location.

Very satisfied. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Way nicer than expected. The house is incredibly spacious and the perfect spot for large gatherings. We had a bachelor party here and the house couldn’t have been any more suiting for the large group we had. Sean was incredibly easy to work and communicate with. Couldn’t thank him enough. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings
