The location is right off the highway and convenient to places we needed to be.
My welcome to the hotel was the staff member telling me “we HATE third party reservations…HATE them! I made my reservation through Booking.com. Needless to say I did not feel very welcome. The room was spacious but had a slight (pet?)odor and the bathroom was not very clean. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty and there was some kind of rusty stuff around the shower drain. The TV did not work properly. Breakfast is minimal. When it was time to check out there was no one at the desk to discuss any of this with so we just left.

On a VERY busy summer weekend (fully booked both nights), all of the staff we encountered were simply terrific.

Breakfast was good. Loved the 24 h coffee and tea station! Friendly Front Desk agents, and super clean bedding!

The front desk staff was pleasant.
Reserved a room for 3 adults - king suite w pull out couch. Couch mattress had no linens . When arriving at approx 12:45AM we wanted to go to bed but then had to wait for the front desk to bring linens to the room.
King mattress was SO UNCOMFORTABLE, springy & creaked and cracked every time you moved.
Hotel overall was clean but the pool was green, cloudy, and had a layer of slime all over the bottom.
Possible manager, was RUDE and nasty. Had an attitude and was cursing and complaining in front of customers in the main lobby.

The breakfast was great there.
When we 1st got there we were put into a smoke filled smelling room, my daughter is allergic so they gave us a new room that smelled good. The beds were so hard that I have had a sore back since our 2 days there.

Fire alarm going off while we were trying leave. Burns security and fire was tinkering with the alarm system.

Some of the furniture could be updated such as nightstands and refrigerator /dresser area.

The alarm clock had the wrong time and it did not have instructions on how to set the time, only how to set the alarm. The walk iin shower had the door removed and replaced with a shower curtain. The floor of the shower was extremely slippery for some reason.

The air/heat was crazy noisy and Definitely needed some service. I’m ok with dogs on property but allowing them to bark continuously was a bit much.

it was clear and as I checked in I was showed the inside pool and was informed what time was breakfast
that you had to ask for room service so I took out my own trash and went and retrieve clean towels

The location is convenient and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
We arrived after 11pm and we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. We've stayed here before and had a good experience. This time there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I called the front desk and let them know immediately - they offered to come up and check /spray. We opened the window and turned up the a/c fan and just dealt with it. It's a shame as we generally like the place- but at these prices the room should not have been made available.
