Our family has been coming to this complex for the past four summers and this has been the best unit there in our experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kim is very proactive, highly communicative, and responsive to any questions and needs.

This was a great condo for our family of 4 and had a relaxing/cozy ambiance. We had an amazing time hanging at the pool and going to the beach. It’s also in walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier/restaurnats/shopping. Kim is a fantastic host! Next time our family is in Cocoa Beach, we will be staying here again.

We had a great stay, the condo was so clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure, our host was easy and pleasant to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The grounds were immaculate with a fun large pool. Our favorite thing was the immediate access to the beach! We would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be going back!!

We enjoyed 3 weeks …our coffee every morning on the patio watching the sun rise … birds singing .. it was magnificent.. and we took long walks on the beach every day …a beautiful clean pool …we also watched 3 rockets launch one at night and 2 in the day right from the beach by the condo … if you want peace and quiet and all of the above then this condo is for you ❤️

Nice condo with ample room. We appreciated the cleanliness. On a cooler but sunny day we enjoyed the southern facing deck. Easy access to the beach. Felt safe going for walks anywhere. The owner reached out a couple times to ensure that all was well.

Kim’s condo is very nice. She supplies everything you need( dishes, paper products, towels and linens, beach chairs and umbrellas and so much more! The beach umbrella in the living room closet comes in handy at the pool! Her condo is in a good location in Cocoa Beach and both the pool and beach are easily accessible. Really nice pool and beautiful sand beach. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The unit has a washer and dryer for extra convenience. Plenty of pans, kitchen utensils and a Kurig coffee maker. Kim is great to communicate with if you have any questions. Loads of things to do in Cocoa Beach. It would be helpful if the tvs had a list of channels available so you would not have to channel search to find different shows or news channels. Her unit is on the second floor and very quiet. Two sets of concrete steps to consider if you have trouble climbing stairs. Overall, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s condo😃.

Good overall experience with the condo and owner. Had a few small hiccups that were no fault of owner that were resolved easily. Only complaint wasn’t with the condo but the pool it was extremely sandy on bottom and I never saw it cleaned while we were there. I saw them check chemicals once. The beach was an easy walk and boardwalk was well maintained. Overall I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Loved our stay here!! The unit was very clean and the decor was perfect. We had everything we needed for our stay. The cleaning lady prior to our visit informed the owner that she was low on toilet paper and she had it delivered the next day. I'd recommend family's to stay here for the great location and atmosphere. On site management was very polite and friendly as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Avon by the Sea. Was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery. The unit itself was stocked very nicely with many sundry and convenience items. We left a few ourselves.
The only issue we had was that the floors did not appear to be cleaned properly. We used the Wet Swifter to clean where it was dirty. Also all the throw rugs could use a cleaning, however with a rental unit that may be difficult.
Our host was very easy to work with I enjoyed dealing with her.

I loved everything about this condo- the comfortable furniture, easy beach access, great pool. The condo was stocked with basic essentials which I appreciated very much. We love this condo for our family. This was our second stay here. The owners are wonderful and accommodating. The condo is full of everything you could possibly need for your family. Beautifully decorated, clean and organized. We love it and will definetly be back for another family vacation. Perfect ocean view and love how clean the property is and Cocoa Beach club!! This is the perfect condo, it was very clean and perfectly located. We enjoyed everything about our stay here and will definitely return. There was everything in the condo we needed for the beach including a cart to get it all there! We have a teenaged surfer so it was important to be close to the pier for her and this condo is a very short walk away. The location can’t be beat. As far as the condo itself, the furnishings are very nice, the beds are comfortable, and towels are soft. We couldn’t be happier with this condo. Thank you, we can’t wait to come back!!!

Beautiful condo and very comfortable. The location was great, close to everything and just steps to the beach. Everyone seemed friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the balcony both day and night. Pool was nice it wasn’t overly crowded. We had a great stay!

We had a short but very good stay at Avon by the Sea. The property was everything we expected, and the location was perfect for us. The kids really enjoyed playing volleyball on the beach, and the highlight were surfing lessons. All of this was within a two minute walk from the condo. Would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! Super clean, absolutely adorable, and our balcony overlooked the pool. There was no more than 5-8 people in the pool at a time and I had the pool all to myself one morning....it was heavenly! Honestly, I slept better than I have in years....literally years! Can not wait to come back! Thx for everything Kim! 5 stars!!!!!

The condo was clean and the location was great. The communication with the owner was great; very caring.
The only thing I would have to complaint about was the male property manager. My son was in the pool with his baseball friend.and they were on the rope (kids are kids) and he came over in a very firm voice and made them stand on the middle if the pool snd made them read the pool rule, so much that I heard his volume while I was inside the condo, He then told me that they couldn’t be alone in the pool since there weren’t any lifeguard. I then sat outside the balcony while they were playing. At the same time their were two younger girls by themselves in which he didn’t say anything to them or ask the parents to watch them. Not sure if it’s because there were boys but the boys weren’t disrespectful since I did ask him. He’s tone was not acceptable and he didn’t need to embarrass them. The female property manager was very sweet and professional.
Overall the condo is a great place to stay, has everything one may need being away from home.

Within 30 minutes of booking our stay I received a message from one of the owners introducing herself. This was the start of what became open and direct communication. Greatly reassuring for a VRBO experience. The unit itself is in a fantastic location close to the pier. Interior was clean, furnished nicely and the owners have installed a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor which is a bonus so you don’t have to use the laundry room on the complex. The 2nd floor bedrooms are unusually spacious for a beach condo. The mattresses were great - no craters. And 2.5 baths make housing a family easier. The kitchen is a little right but is equipped with all the basics. Last year we stayed next door at Chateau. Cocoa Beach club was nicer in our opinion. Pool larger, less crowded. Saw the property manager daily and she was attentive, friendly and helpful. Overall a great beach stay in Cocoa at a nice property that was comfortable and accommodating and most of all - great communication with the owners.

This condo had everything we needed. It is spacious and clean. We were only 2 adults, but I could see a family staying there with plenty of room to spread out. Having the bedrooms upstairs is a huge plus. The kitchen is tiny but had what we needed. I appreciated the coffee pot options and a kettle for tea water. The electronic door lock made it convenient for quick trips back from the beach without having to worry about a key. Also appreciated having basics like toilet paper, hand soap, laundry supplies already there. Kim was pleasant to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wow! Where do I begin? This was our best experience yet in Cocoa Beach! We left already planning our next get away! The rooms are large, spaces are separated by stairs which was a nice surprise. The living space was cozy and inviting. The kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to cook, prepare and feast while we were there. The salt water heated pool was so nice and the guests & tenants of the Club Condos were all so pleasant and helpful and made you feel like you were welcome and at home. It was only FOOTSTEPS to Cocoa Beach and another few footsteps to the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier, huge photographic yellow Adirondack chair and restaurants right on the pier as well!! I literally could go on and on about what an amazing time we had and how great the seafood & fishing was during our stay. I would def recommend this unit and the hosts to anyone who asks me of a good place to stay. Thanks Kim!
