Wonderful house right on the beach. The pool underneath the house was a big plus. We beached it in the morning and after lunch we were in the pool. This kept the Grandkids out of the sun during the hottest part of the day.
The 6 bedrooms were nice especially since each had its own Bathroom. Just wish they could install an under the counter ice machine.
For sure we will stay there again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Egret Beach House, especially the pool. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable which was reported to the management company, and they were to look into the problem. The layout of the house was very good for our family. We enjoyed the large area to sit, talk and play games.

Egret was perfect for our family of 12, very clean , plenty of room so we could spread out , two living rooms were great so kids could play their video games and adults could play cards in the other one. All 6 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, cups and dishes , but could use some new frying pans ! Two refrigerators were great for that many people , lots of groceries.The pool under the house was great for the kids on a rainy day. Love the location very private away from the crowds, like your own private beach. Would definitely rent again.

The place was great! Right on the beach, and a quick drive to anything you need. The house has a great layout for a large group. We had 2 families with a total of 10 kids, and it was more than enough space.

We loved our stay at The Egret. Highlights- two living rooms, two fridges, and bathrooms for each bedroom. Loved being right on the beach. Heated pool was essential for kids who wanted a break from the ocean and for the double red flag days. Management was attentive to all of our questions and minor property issue (resolved within hours). We enjoyed being far enough from the hectic downtown area, but close enough for groceries. We loved it so much that we’re already booking it again. Thank you!

Great for large family gathering. We enjoyed the location of this house on the beach away from condos, and the kids appreciated the under house pool. Having 2 family rooms and 2 refrigerators was key for our large group. House was clean & furnishings were adequate. Being emailed check in code made getting into the house a breeze. Thanks for helping us make some great memories!

My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Egret house. It was right on the beach, newly renovated, and very clean. We had everything we needed and more space than we could even use. This house was perfect for us (a group of 6 adults) but would also be great for much larger groups.

Our stay was great. Your home was so accommadating for our family vacation. It was wonderful to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The other thing that was wonderful was how close the beach is to your home. The weather was mostly great but the pool being under the house was great for the one day we had a lot of rain.We had two problems while we were there. We had biscuits for breakfast one morning and the oven didn't work. We called Bama office and someone came out very quickly. The next thing I knew was the repair man returning with a brand new stove. Then the AC closest to the beach wasn't cooling. Again the Bama office sent someone very quickly. He said the drain pipe was clogged. After he cleaned it out the AC started working great. We will recommend your home to anyone looking for a beach home. Hope my reply lets you know that our Labor Day stay at the Egret was truly a memorable one.

Our stay was very nice. Our 3 children and their families and my two nephews and there families had a wonderful time. My sister used to share her timeshares with us but she has since passed so we asked her 2 boys and families to go with us. This is the first time we stayed directly on the beach. It was wonderful to have it right out our door! And our own pool. No crowds! It was nice to have a shaded pool some days. And we had waves everyday so the pool was a good break sometimes. Over all we had a very nice time and if we make a trip to Alabama again. We would love to stay there again. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family. There were enough room and bedrooms to accommodate everything, which each one being clean, charming, and comfortable. The patio and backyard are awesome - you have enough beach space that we played volleyball and spike ball. Also you are right on the beach with an awesome view. Rick could not have been more responsive and accommodating, assisting us with adjusted check out/in and recommending where to eat. We can't wait to come back :)

We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this past Monday! We had a great time at Egret. The layout was perfect for our whole crew. We had 8 adults and a wide age range of 7 kids/babies. The location was exactly what we were looking for, our spot right out front on the beach felt very private. The kids loved the pool too! We only needed to contact the local management company once when we had some issues with the heater on the pool, but we called and sent a message through the portal and someone came by fairly quickly and got it all sorted out. Other than that everything went smoothly and we had a great time at the house. Everyone said they'd rent it again in the future.

We had a delightful time with family in your lovely home. We put to good use the large communal areas, as this clan is known as a "lively bunch"! There was room enough for the musical instruments to have a corner for evening sing alongs, as well as a games area that didn't have to be removed when it was time for meals. I was very pleased with the timely responses from Tabitha with Kaiser, and her follow up on items. I hope you are pleased with the new management company. It was a wonderful stay, and the house was a great contributor to a lot of happy times!

We had an excellent stay here. Plenty of space, bedrooms and separate living areas that are great for kids. The pool was perfect place to cool down during the heat of the day. Management company was responsive, kind and courteous.

We rented The Egret for a week for a family vacation and a wedding (we ended up with 2 weddings this week!). The house is awesome, the location is perfect, private access to the beach was just what we wanted, and the view of the Gulf is amazing! We were fortunate enough to see dolphins from the balcony/upper deck when the Gulf was calm. It was beautiful!
If you are looking for a property that accommodates your family and is in a quieter area of Gulf Shores (away from the crowds), this is definitely where you want to stay.
No issues at all with the owners and property management company! We would definitely rent this property or another property with them again!

We had a great time at the Egret! It’s a lovely beachfront property with easy access to the gulf and a private pool, which our family loved. Great furnishings and kitchen supplies. Quick drive to town but feels private due to location. I booked our next year’s stay before I even completed this year’s!

The house and pool were all that we hoped for, both being clean and well maintained. The pool was a nice size, heated, and was surrounded with more than enough chairs/recliners to accommodate a large party.
The kitchen was the most well equipped (Pots, pans, silverware, dishes, small appliances, etc.) of any place we have ever rented. The house had lots of storage space, with 2 refrigerators and a large pantry.
All the rooms were exactly as advertised, and the common areas had lots of seating.

The house is great! We had 3 generations staying. The 2 living spaces made it perfect to have different interests going on at same time. Large centrally located kitchen with 2 refrigerators made it perfect for preparing meals or just having a snack. The heated pool was much appreciated as the weather was cool and you couldn’t go into the gulf. I’d highly recommend and will book again if dates work!!
