Great location, very clean, slept several adults comfortably, responsive host. 10/10 would recommend.

We rented both this unit and the smaller studio in the same house for a group of high school students and chaperones. It was great. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Description 100% accurate and looks just like the pictures. Would definitely return. Thanks!

Booked this house because we were in town for a wedding. Well stocked, on soap, coffee, towels, paper towels dishwasher soap etc. Only negatives were there were only two washcloths/rags in the house (makes it hard to wash pots and pans that don't fit in the dishwasher or wipe down counters/table) and most of the garbage cans out front were full to the top when we checked in. We are a large family, so naturally we produce a fair amount of trash.

Nicely updated home with plenty of space. They had just got new cleaners so working out some kinks, but other than that a good experience.

The property made bringing family from Idaho & Washington very easy. It accommodated the numbers and a full on Holiday dinner to make the new years absolutely perfect.

The home has a great location, is well outfitted, and has tons of space. We were there for a week to go to the World Championships and had a great time. Thank you to Tobin and his super helpful staff. We'll be back.

The house was very spacious for the large family group we had. The only downside was we weren't made aware of a connecting apartment on the property before we booked but it turned out not to affect our stay at all. :)

Group of old UofO alumni gathered to attend Duck game with their current UofO sons. Perfect accommodations for that blend of practical and eclectic with a lot of character. Clean, modern kitchen, funky and charming loft, enough beds and bathrooms for many. We'll definitely stay again.

The house is a really cool unique and idiosyncratic house with a great back yard. Eugene is a town with really unique architectural aesthetic wherein people have taken odd homes and remodeled them in a cool way. This applies to this house in spades. When we first arrived and set up in our initial respective rooms we did not realize that there were two additional bedrooms and bathroom upstairs behind a closed door attached to the kitchen. This discovery of additional rooms allowed us to move rooms and spread out a bit more. This was particularly helpful as our 3 year old was having a hard time getting to sleep in a new place- mom and dad were able to use separate sleeping arrangements such that at least one parent got some sleep. Super cool. There were some issues that came up regarding parking and misunderstandings, but the host was calm and understanding and we were able to work the issues out. We would recommend this house to others.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood and is close to hiking, grocery stores, and campus. The house is well maintained and designed so that if your family is small you can stay in the main living area and if your group is larger there are additional bedrooms upstairs and a separate loft area. Communication with the owner/managers was quick and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was down with a handful of friends/teachers as our marching band was in Eugene to perform at a competition hosted at the University of Oregon. This was pretty close and a nice was to accomodate more than the usual hotel stay. We also liked how we were able to stock up on food supplies and make food there as opposed to going out. Lots of space, great weekend! It was nice to be able to come "home" after a long day over at the U of O. Would recommend!
