C'est une belle maison en rangée de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec des plafonds voûtés située dans une communauté très calme de Mesa Est. À distance de marche de l'épicerie Safeway, des restaurants, Starbucks, Target et de nombreux autres magasins. À une courte distance de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et pistes cyclables à l'intérieur et à proximité des montagnes de la Superstition. 20 minutes du lac Saguaro. Emmenez la famille plonger dans la rivière Salt. 20 minutes de l'aéroport Sky Harbor.

I am absolutely pissed off at this listing. Do NOT list a heated pool/hot tub when it’s NOT yours! I could’ve rented somewhere else instead of making trips to a COMMUNITY pool. I wanted PRIVACY. House was ok, but outdated and very limited supplies. Rather gone to a hotel.

The location is great and the amenities were everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool which is within close walking distance and there is plenty to do in the area. We will definitely book this home again.

Absolutely recommend this property in a quiet neighborhood! Restaurants and Market near by fully furnished with a property manager who is very friendly and responsive my first time using this app and I will definitely be using it again thank you Deanna for your great hospitality!!!

This is a very nice well maintained, clean, and well stocked townhouse. A good location in central Mesa.A short walk to the pool that is heated to 78 degrees in the winter months. The neighborhood is quite, and you will not be disappointed.

The "great"---The cleanliness. Incomparable. Spotless. Bed mattresses in perfect condition. TV's worked perfectly. All appliances in great condition. Not one chip in any floor tiles. Perfect communication. Deanna made a separate trip for a propane tank on the grill even when there was plenty of fuel in the existing one. Climate control worked perfectly. Pool and hot tub are both heated and got daily use. The garage was available and useful because we have a very nice car. It was a two-minute walk to the pool. The washer/dryer is huge and worked great. The furniture was in perfect condition.
Needs improvement. The only issue was given 4 stars, one for each hour of sleep we got the first night because of the year-round resident in #109. Communication with Deanna about this resident was immediate. Her communication with the resident in #109 was just as immediate and effective. There were no problems the remainder of the stay. Deanna has committed to taking steps to fixing this issue for future renters of this unit. In the meantime, I recommend no TV, no talking, no "having fun" in the main bedroom unless informing Deanna of your intentions first. We communicated with Deanna and asked her to inform #109 of future activities in the room, such as getting up at 6:30 for departure prep. It is unfortunate that Deanna has no control over this issue unless the HOA gets involved. Deanna is a smart lady. She will figure this one out quickly.

This house was PERFECT for us! Clean, clean, clean! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable space, nice decor and "Oh, so comfortable master-bed". (no one stayed with us, but I assume the other beds were just as nice).

Beautiful property that is very clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is small and quaint and very quiet. Also in walking distance from Safeway, Target, and many different restaurants. We also loved using the community pool. This is a great place.

As advertised, a comfortable well stocked home with basically everything you need.
Only real issue was propane tank was empty when we went to bbq the first time.
We would definitely rent from host Deanna again, she was very responsive to any and all questions we had.

Directions, and check in was a easy. The property was very clean and perfect for us. It was a short stay for a family funeral so we didn't spend a lot of time at the property or make use of the pool or other amenities. The location was great. We appreciated how close a grocery store and resturant options were.

We stayed for 4 weeks here and enjoyed it very much. It is a modern townhome with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. It is in a great location in East Mesa. The outside patio faces the south, so it warms nicely in the winter months. The swimming pool is a short walk and is heated to 78 degrees year-round along with a hot tub.

loved it had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and nice patio. large kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, plates and glasses, everything you needed. large garage to park your vehicle. grocery store and eating places were close by and every where we went it was easy to come back to the house. I give this a A rating would rent from her again

Chose the location because it was conveniently located to where we needed to go for our event. Was hesitant of it being a townhouse and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and little traffic in the area. Unit is well maintained and clean. Will definitely try to book again when in the area.

The property was easy to find and was within a short distance to services like gas stations, grocery store, restaurants, and fast food. It was close to the wedding venue we traveled to and the view was beautiful with the mountains. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay we were there for a couple of nights no serious issues. House was clean the neighborhood was quiet and our kids enjoyed the pool. Only things that came up were our code did not work to get into the property so we had to call Deanna for that and the other issue was when we booked the house we received a confirmation and were charged for the rental but we actually had to stay in a different house because the house was already booked through a different website. Overall enjoyed the property.

House is exactly as represented and a pleasure to stay in. My husband and I came from Texas, brother and sister-in-law came from Oregon for us to visit with cousin and wife that are just 2.5 miles away ! It was perfect !

I choose this property because of all the great reviews. I read them all, and they were very accurate. Very clean, well kept house. This was the perfect location for my family to enjoy. Very roomy. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds, livingroom with Large flat-screen TV. Covered patio with a gas grille. The large kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood which is close to a park. Great for that earlier morning walk or run. A variety of shopping areas including a grocery store (Safeway), Target, Home Depot, Circle K gas station all are right around the corner. We have rented homes here in the PHX area several times and can say this was top notch. We visit the area at least 3 times a year and plan on returning in December, hopefully this place is available. Deanna is a great host.

My husband, 3 teens and I stayed over the Easter weekend. Everyone had their own (super comfortable) bed and lots of space. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable Living room. Big tv. Private patio with lots of seating and BBQ. Easy access to freeways and lots of great food options and stores near by. Only 15-20 mins in all directions to hiking, lakes, golfing, old town Scottsdale. The pool was closed while we were therel and Deanna was very accommodating in helping us find other options. The pool is very nice and the deck had just been refinished. Very nice quiet community. Would definitely stay again! Deanna is an awesome host!

We enjoyed our time at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, walking to the grocery store and hiking in Usery Park, which was only 10 minutes away. Deanna was great to work with.

It was everything we thought it would be. We were there for 3 weeks and as time went on, it felt like home away from home. Loved how light and bright it was. Great amenities and close to shopping, recreation and highways. All the people who joined us were impressed with this place, also. Would recommend this house!

Was small property of townhouses. Located between Safeway on one side and a beautiful park on the other. Was especially quiet and peaceful. The back of the properties are very close and was concerned there would be noise but everyone is respectful. Inside the unit could not hear neighbors at all. The high brick patio made it very private and secure for our Pomeranian. The grounds and the pool were very clean. There was a little mix up with the directions attached to the confirmation but a quick call and was able to quickly sort it out. We stayed a month and it was too short.

Property was like new. It was clean, well decorated, and well stocked in ways to accommodate the guest.. Location was perfect as it was close to restaurants, grocery store, and discount stores like Target. Especially helpful was easy and close access to interstate. Unbelievably accommodating is only one way to describe the owner of this property. We arrived early and tired from travel and even though she was still cleaning, she allowed us to come on in and relax. When our last day there was extended by several hours, she allowed us extra time at no additional charge.. When we struggled to figure out tv apps (we being technologically challenged), she actually went out and contracted to install Dish tv just to accommodate us. You absolutely will not find a better property owner anywhere in the WORLD. This property and this owner is not only number one on our list for our next trip next year, she is the only name on our list. Thank you Deanna for making our trip a great experience. See you next year.
