Perfect location, cool vibe, relaxing, delicious cocktails , friendly, professional staff. Wonderful!

The room and hotel amenities were as advertised. Staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was fun to relax at during the day. The location is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, Broadway, and entertainment options.

We enjoyed this property, especially the 4th floor pool and bar. It was a great place to get away from the busy area of downtown and still enjoy a drink. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our experience. Very clean, well kept. Everyone was nice. After flying all day it was annoying to have to sit through the concierge/time share spiel. And the pool got crowded quickly, and at one point the pool bar was completely overwhelmed. Those were our only complaints.

Came to Nashville for the first time for a concert. Location was perfect for walking to downtown. Pool was quite small for this sized hotel. Rooms were comfortable, loved the studio setup with small kitchen space. Would stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Margaritaville vacation club. Everything we needed was provided in our room and if we needed anything, a quick phone call to the front desk and we had it right away. Would definitely go back!

Came into town for the Kenny Chesney/Zac Brown concert and the location was perfect. Check-in was a breeze and we were able to get into our room early. Excellent location to be in a short walking distance to all the honky tonks and restaurants on Broadway and vicinity. Restaurants and bars on location were nice and the pool was a nice addition. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all of the Margaritaville vibes. So fun and relaxing. Our room was perfect!

Great stay! The place was amazing and so fun! Plenty of room for two adults and not a lot of noise heard from the outside or hallways. Was very beyond our expectations!!!!

It was so much fun! We loved the hotel, the area, and the outdoor pool with a bar!

Property was very clean. Bar and pool area were very nice. Only complaint is the pull out bed. It was all springs no cushion. It was very uncomfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, especially after walking Honky Tonk Highway.

The VRBO was good. The room could use more cleaning in the corners, but otherwise was good and was nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool water was gross, lacked chlorine and the filter needs to run during the day to skim the bugs, hair, and lotions floating on the surface. Fins service and food need attention. JWB was fantastic. The musicians were great! Fun vibe in the hotel overall, and the staff was friendly.

Unit was immaculate, colorful and welcoming. Pool lovely.

The resort was exactly as advertised, bright and vibrant. The location did not disappoint, we were a short walk to Broadway and all the action. The check-in staff gave us a packet with a map so we could access it all. The room was clean and we loved the view of the city from the large window. The pool area stayed open until 11 so you could hang out as swim with a view is the city skyline. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was a great location. Walking distance from a lot of museums and restaurants. Had a great time

Very nice room. It had everything we need and close(walking distance) from Broadway. But yet far enough away to relax. Find pool bar great as was the pool. I would definitely rent again!

We had a great stay at Margharittaville in downtown Nashville. Property location was great and the property had everything we needed!

My husband and I recently brought our twins to Nashville to celebrate their 21st birthdays! The staff at this property are remarkably friendly, and helpful. They obviously focus on customer service. This is a “vacation club” unit that is rented out by the private owner, but you still have access to all the amenities. On check in, the concierge gave us a really helpful map and list of area groceries and restaurants….really nice! She did offer us money/parking voucher to go one morning to a sales intro for the vacation club. I was worried at first this would be a high pressure moment, but when we declined she didn’t push any further. We loved the property, room with full sized fridge, microwave, and blender! The only couple negatives-the “full sized” sofa bed isn’t made for two adults. To say the room sleeps 4 is a bit of a stretch. Maybe 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller kids. And the pool was having filtration issues when we visited. The pool area was lovely but the water was pretty junky. Not a vacation buster by any means. Walkable to Broadway and area restaurants!

Location was excellent. Walking distance to Broadway. Place was clean but needs deep clean (baseboards, walls etc) . Also would be great if they left more than one roll toilet paper and tissue in unit for 3 people. We had to call everyday to get more. We called the front desk at 630 am on our last morning as we had run out. The front desk didnt have any and they couldn’t get until cleaning staff arrived at 7 am. 2 hours later and 2 more phone calls no still no toilet paper or tissue!

The staff were excellent and the hotel was well kept. Valet were quick with vehicle retrieval. Would definitely recommend.

Having 4 girls in the room we definitely could have used some housekeeping to freshen things up but they do not do housekeeping during your stay. Also it says sleeps 4 but I would say sleeps 3 comfortably. Overall very nice resort and perfect location

Received a call couple days prior to trip stating that we may be able to check in earlier than the 4pm check in. Responded that that would be nice since we were flying into town at about ten am. Arrived around 1pm checked our bags at front desk and went up to fins for appetizer. Came back down at 3 to check progress still no room. Talked to concierge at about 4 still no room. 4:48 received call room was ready. Other wise place was clean and comfortable but not satisfied with check in

No room cleaning during stay Limited shampoo, soap since there was no Cleaning. 1 day worth of coffee. No bottled water supplied Was told at the front desk that it was not a Wyndham property but was in the building. Very confusing setup

Great property within walking distance to Broadway and the Gulch. Pool was a great spot to relax.

This was my first visit to Nashville. I made my husband take me to Tim McGraw. Everything about our visit was outstanding including our accommodations! Margaritaville was just far enough away from Broadway and everything else we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. Pool area was amazing! I will definitely be back!

The check-in process was a little slow but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Great central location to all the attractions of the city.
