This property was a good location for all of the events we had planned for the long holiday weekend. Very nice home with all the accommodations we needed. My only complaint is that we never were able to get the upstairs bathroom shower to access hot water. We let the shower run for 15 mins each day with only hot water turned on and it never got warm. Otherwise, a great stay.

Very nice inside. A little bummed the jetted tub wouldn’t work. Also ping pong table was broken but other than that the house itself was nicely renovated.

Overall the property was comfortable and spacious. The only issues we had was the lack of cookware and what was provided was in very poor condition. The outdoor furniture was dirty so it would be best to let the persons staying at the home put it out when they use it. There also could be more seating provided in the main living area as well as the main floor bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location.

Our stay at Sugar Magnolia was excellent. The house exceeded our expectations — from cleanliness to all the things being stocked. We would absolutely recommend and will stay there again next season! Thank you to Steven & Sarah!!

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Sugar Magnolia. It was the perfect space for our family and was super clean. The next door neighbor was also so nice and welcoming. It was a short drive to pretty much anywhere. We can’t wait to go back!

House is beautiful and clean...water pressure in showers is not good. Upstairs queen beds are more like full size. Overall, it was a great trip and we would stay there again!!

Exactly as advertised. Wonderful location near Ship yard & lots to eat & see within minutes from the house. The house is well equipped with anything needed with plenty of room for guests! The host was amazing & responded to anything needed or any questions. Would def stay here again when in the area. Thanks so much for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Magnolia. This was our first time visiting South Carolina and we found the location of this home incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do. Isle of Palms is incredibly close (public access 21 has a really nice boardwalk to the beach) and absolutely beautiful. We visited several fun places in downtown Charleston which is super close and convenient too. The house itself is huge, very clean, and wonderfully set up with everything needed for the entirety of our stay. Normally I have to purchase extra hand soap, dish soap, tp, etc when we travel, but I didn't this time. There is plentiful parking and the back deck overlooks an incredible back yard that our kids happily explored. We all really enjoyed the giant chess board and appreciated the hand written note welcoming us when we arrived. The washer/dryer worked great and allowed us to travel light. The beds are very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for all of us. The owners/managers of the property are extremely kind and responsive. We had a couple of questions during our stay and they responded immediately and thoroughly. Check out was a breeze...just leave the towels on the bathroom floor, remove the trash, and start the dishwasher. All in all, we had a marvelous time and hope to return someday in the future.

We are three couples who live in three states, so Sugar Magnolia offered us the gathering space to cook and eat and play games, watch football, enjoy our time! Everything here is immaculate and feels like a splurge! The neighborhood is quiet yet not far from any Charleston must see/do. Communication was easy and clear! What a great escape!

A group of us had an extended weekend at Sugar Magnolia and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The proprieters were very communicative throughout our stay and the space looked even better in person!

This property is beautiful inside and out, the listing pictures don’t do it justice! Super spacious house and rooms, had everything we needed, and everything was clean. We were 10 ladies for a bachelorette trip, and it was perfect! we had 3 girls sleep in a king, 2 girls in the other 3 beds, and 1 girl on the pull out couch. It was still spacious for the 10 of us! I couldn’t be happier choosing this place. Going to downtown charleston was about 25-30 minute drive, but definitely worth the drive for this house and the price. Checking in and out was extremely easy, and heard from the property manager the perfect amount for updates and rules. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend this place :)

Just stayed four nights with our family of 8 for our son’s wedding. The house was everything it said it would be online. So spacious and clean! Close to Boone Hall Plantation and about 20 minutes from downtown. We would definitely rent from them again:). Thank you!!

We visited Charleston for the Shipyard baseball tournament. Location was great not only for the park, but for visiting friends at the beach at Isle of Palms. Property Manager was also very prompt when we had a question during the week. Great house, great location!

We loved our stay at Sugar Magnolia! The house was exactly as promised. Beautiful high end finishes. We had three couples staying but the house would work just as well for four couples. The house was spotlessly clean in a very quiet neighborhood. It was great for our family group who were there for a week as it had everything we needed The property is a bit remote as there is nothing nearby and requires a car.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is very spacious and we loved hanging out in the kitchen/living room area. The back deck and BBQ area is fantastic - really quiet & peaceful. We visited several area breweries and really enjoyed Edmund Oast and Mac's Place! We had great communication with the hosts, answered all of our questions very quickly and we appreciated that a lot. Thank you for making our stay so easy!

Overall nice property. We really loved the kitchen and gathering space. A little disappointing that the kitchen wasn't better equipped. We had to send someone out on Christmas Eve to buy a can opener!

Beautiful home, situated 30 minutes away from Charleston and only 15 minutes from grocery and restaurants.. Tons of room for everyone to spread out, closet space and everyone to have their own bedroom. Only downside was the stairs are kinda sketchy going up the porch in the total dark at night. Would book again, great easy experience. Perfect central location for our elopement.

Great house with lots of space! Property was clean and well maintained. The beds were awesomely comfortable and the 2 master suite bathrooms were spa quality. Communication with hosts was a breeze and they gave a great recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

This property perfectly provided plenty of common space for our family to gather and spend time with one another. The open living and kitchen area was roomy which allowed for us to cook, eat, and gather our entire group.

This house is gorgeous! Even more beautiful than the pictures! Very spacious and roomy! We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were excellent! They gave suggestions on things to do and restaurants to eat at. They offered early check in at 2:00 pm just because the house was ready early. They even left a bottle of wine and treats! We would definitely stay again!

This house is unbelievable!!!!! There is so much room!! We came in for my son’s graduation and felt right at home. Everything is brand new and gorgeous! We sat on the porch every morning and enjoyed our coffee with the beautiful views of palm trees! We used the grill and had steaks on the back deck!!!! Not kidding, we will be back to rent this home!!!!
