Our two families that shared the home very much enjoyed our stay. The four kids shared the third bedroom and the two couples each had sufficient space in the other two rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped so that we could bring our k-cups for coffee, bread for toast (toaster), microwave leftovers, pan fry eggs, even bake a frozen pizza!! Everything and everywhere was clean and tidy. Loved the ability to use the washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Great location with the pool right next door. Never got to use the hot tub but there is always next time. Private beach access that we got a beach pass for. Only problem was that the shower handle in guest bathroom wasn’t working so we couldn’t have hot water on day 3 and 4 till we realized what the issue was. Management company was quick to respond. We would definitely come back!

From the moment we moved in until our checkout 2 weeks later, Steve and Tracy’s house was the perfect Hilton Head vacation spot. Walking distance to the beach and to the Shipyard golf clubhouse made it very easy to enjoy the area. The layout of the house was perfect for large families. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the screened in back porch. Highly recommend this place!

The unit was in a great location. Very easy to get to everything on the island. Other than a few dishes being dirty and the smart lock acting up a bit it was a great stay.

This was our first time staying at 14 Kingston Cove though we have stayed at a condo in Shipyard Plantation many times. We love where it is located on the island. Everything is a convenient bike ride away and the private beach access is fantastic. With 14 KC, we were in a more private area of Shipyard near the golf club and the house was located right next door to the pool. There is a beautiful, large screened back deck that overlooks the lagoon and pool. So. location was even better than what we have experienced in the past. The house itself was...I'm just gonna say it...expensive. It was definitely at the top end of our search but it was spacious and in a prime location so I get the price. There were five of us. Me, my wife, my mom and my son and his girlfriend. So private bedrooms was important to us. The house was spacious and accommodated our needs very well. It was clean, for the most part, and decorated nicely. Each room had a smart TV as well as the deck and we did spend some time streaming some movies. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes and silverware. For what we paid, I would have liked to have seen some more of the basics provided. There were no trash bags other than what was in the can. There were four rolls of toilet paper--not enough for five people for a week. There were no napkins and one roll of paper towels. Yes, those are fairly minor and inexpensive things but things we would have appreciated, especially given what we paid for the place. It isn't much of an expense to mgmt to throw in a few more trash bags. The hot tub was full of bugs when we got there. We called and someone came out, drained it and refilled it around mid-week. They came while we were gone and were in the driveway. There were two guys. The younger of the two moved their truck so we could park. As I was walking past, I heard the older one tell him "when they ask me to move, I never move. They'll just want back out again in a half hour." He was loud and rude. There is nowhere else to park (Shipyard doesn't allow parking on the road) and I have an 87 year-old mother. Saying he would have refused to move was definitely NOT appreciated and, if they hadn't moved, we would have had a real problem. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The weather was much better than predicted and we truly love spending time on that island. The house did enhance the experience. We would love to go back and maybe spend two weeks the next time but I don't know that we could afford to do it in that particular house.

House had everything we needed and more. Great for our family and the hot tub made our trip with chilly mornings and nights. We will definitely look for this house again when we visit the island.

Our family traveled to Hilton Head from the Charleston area for a long weekend getaway. We traveled with a five year old, three year old and a newborn and it could not have been better! The kids absolutely loved having the choice of pool or beach everyday and both were so convenient. We loved spending each night having drinks, snacks and watching tv on the patio while the kids watched movies in bed! Each room has a tv which is great when traveling with a group. We ate out every night but the kitchen was well equipped and perfectly set up for meals in, as well. We would all recommend this rental to any family looking for a relaxing, laid back stay in Hilton Head!
