We loved the patio, the clean rental, the spacious living area and all the supplies provided. It would be nice to have shades on the windows since they are so big and face the street. The area didn't seem very safe, but I felt safe within the fenced property. We did hear road noise at night, but it didn't disturb our sleep. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area.

Apartment located 25 feet from busy 4 lane thoroughfare street with loud truck and motorcycle traffic late at night and early morning. Bedroom curtains are translucent allowing bright street lights to keep bedroom well lit all night and the 2 panels do not cover the entire window allowing sidewalk passersby to view into the bedroom. No clothes closet.

This unit was facing a busy street where the traffic noise could be heard all day/night. The traffic noise included lots of street racer cars/motorcycles and sirens. Additionally, the unit is located right next to the complex locked gate that slammed shut several times during the night and could be heard/felt inside the unit. The unit was nice. The kitchen was well stocked except that it only had 3 plates, so running the dishwasher everyday was required. The unit had a washer/dryer. The internet was easy to use. It was completely new and remodeled inside with a nice gas stove, fridge and dishwasher with really nice cabinets. It was comfortable. The bathroom sink had zero countertop space, but the mirror vanity had plenty of room for our personal stuff. The shower was very nice, but the water pressure/flow was a trickle. Very annoying. The property manager was very nice and always answered any questions within 5min. There is no community bbq grille, which would be a very welcome feature. The building was very cute and reminded of us New Orleans Square in Disneyland. All people we encountered on the property were very nice. The area of Santa Ana where the building is located is not the best/safest, but we had zero issues. There is good freeway access and the parking was included in the rent. The parking was secure. The AC/heat was only in the living area, not the bedroom, but it worked great and was easy to use. The unit didn't feel "clean" and when we wore socks (no shoes) in the unit, they turned black on the bottom. Would I stay here again? "NO" But it was inexpensive for the LA area.

Property was great and cozy. Owner was definitely communicative with us and we enjoyed our stay here. Everything was also pretty clean and organized. Area was also nice. If your looking for a cozy and clean home to stay at, then this is the place for you. Definitely would stay here with my family again. :)

Raf was fantastic! Very reaponsive and the apartment was clean, cute and perfect for the 2 of us!
