The comfort

The wifi kept breaking but it was fairly great.

I was really satisfied with the hospitality I got from the staff. I would give a 50 stars if there was an option for that.

I like the ambience and facilities. The shower cubicle is new and clean. The staff are friendly and the food was awesome. The Eden Arabia is exceptional. I had a game night with my friends and we were served with best Arabian tea and shawarma. There were lots of games to play. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

It's a quiet place, though the staff could do with a bit more training on how not to disturb guests for one reason or the other.

I booked on the basis of the advertised prices but, though my booking was confirmed, I was given new rates to pay on arrival. The reception claimed that what I booked for was no longer available. I had to pay higher in the end to stay as I couldn't afford the stress of looking for another place at that point.

The condition of the rest room needs improvement,so many damaged equipment.
