The location, nice building, ample parking, nice ambiance as I enter the hotel and in the room, toilet/shower is perfect, very comfortable room, lots of toiletries provided. Places to eat nearby.

I needed the payment receipt for my business claim. As I checked in and paid for the room, I was told by the reception that receipt will be given when I check out. As I checked out the next day, I was told it will be emailed to me. Five days passed, still no receipt. Dropped them a msg AND email via Booking app, no replies. I called them this morning and finally got my receipt later in the evening.

The location is great. Beachfront and nice cafe.

The building looks old not well maintain. Maybe under renovation.

Clean. Nearby beach ok for walk. Nearby warung nasi lemak for breakfast super good.

No cafe or bar by the beach. The immediate beach is not great for swimming
