Spent there only one night on a longee travel. Although by a main road it was quite calm during the night. Big room, fridge, huge bathroom. Breakfast served, very rich, the "healthy breakfast" is just one of the choices ;) parking not far and seems very safe (met two policemen circulating there).
No airconditioning, although it was the coolest night on our journey so we did not miss it really. Waited ages for the breakfast although the restaurant was almost empty. Would't be so important, but we wanted to start a long driving as early as possible... or maybe my wife was in a bad mood as she'd got bitten, probably by bedbugs during the night.

В аппартаментах (номер 306) нет кондиционера - это дичь!
Ужасный запах сгнившего мусора в ванной. Обратили внимание ресепшена на данную проблему - обещали решить, пока мы гуляем по городу. Спустя три часа осталось все так же - ужасный запах.
Ванная разваливается - биде отваливается.
Смеситель - отваливается.
Напор воды в смесителе - тонкая струйка.
Проводка 220В в ванной на полу - заботливо заставленная табуреткой
Духота из-за отсутствующего кондиционера.
Завтраки - черезмерное количество масла. Яичницы меньше, чем масла...

When leaving (check-out) unpleasant reception staff, talking to us on the phone and our presence probably bothered her very much.

If you pay room via booking they will charge you again, when you arrive or they will automaticly charge your credit card 2 hours before arriving. So double charging the room. Their answer: just contact booking.com. So do not pay them via booking. Bad customer experience.

The city Prilep is under development; as a matter of fact we have not expect what we found in other developed country's hotels. The employed people are helpful if you have ability to understand them. I came with my car from Istanbul for a business visit. A young gentleman join me up to open parking area belonging to Hotel. I remember my childhood in Turkiye when I was crossing the narrow street of Prilep. Here I find people not spoiled yet by Global Economical condition.
I think, If the lighting system were day light instead of white fluorescent light would change the cold reflection of the inner decoration of the hotel.

The hotel is in the very center of the city, offers an unparalleled view of the old city bazaar and clock tower with the mountains in the background. All the beat restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, the toilet has a floor heating, which concerning I was visiting in December, was really good, after a hot shower. The room was quite warm and cozy. The bed is marvelous, I had a great refreshing sleep. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. would love to spend another time there soon.
Unfortunately, as it is in the very center, the parking to the hotel is a bit off. Sure, it is in a walking distance, but is quite awkward trying to find the exact parking space and then haul my luggage to the hotel.

The location was nice, right in the center of the city
The breakfast was nice
The room was spacious
The room was not soundproof at all. There was some celebration at the restaurant on the 4th floor and we could barely sleep because of the noice. The door from the room had a big gap between the ending and the floor so we could hear everything from the corridor as if there was no door at all.

Stuff is great and very helpful, Room was clean and Spacious, and and everything you need is just outside the front door.. and great value for your money, have stayed here before and will stay here again…

Located in the strict center of the city, very close to walking area with many restaurants an cafes. Free parking, wifi and friendly staff. Very favorable price.
Bathroom may need some minor repairs and refreshment.

my husband and I have stayed here multiple times, but the room they gave us on our last stay was subpar. the bathroom was tiny (you could barely turn around) and the drain was clogged (I barely finished my shower before the water began overflowing onto the floor).
