The Restaurant located in this hotel, Ziyafat, is excellent!! The food is one of the best we tried in our trip to India! Veg and delicious. Congratulations to the chef and cooks. The breakfast was included, and it was great, and included fresh fruit juices and coconuts to drink. The staff is very polite. The location is convenient if you get there by train, it's close to the train station, so we just walked from there to the hotel.

As I said, the staff is very polite, but, some of them don't know too much English, so we asked for recommendations of things to do in Surat, but they couldn't help too much. So keep that in mind if you're a foreigner. And last comment, we didn't like the altitude of Mr Goswami, he was at front desk at nights, and for anything we asked for, he always had a 'no' as an answer. Not helpful. But the rest of the people tried their best.

Everything was perfect and well in shape, no clue to pass negative complaints.

The staff is very prompt at personal requests and polite, its located near our Mazaar which is a big plus for Dawoodi Bohras travelling by road as they provide parking facility, Value for money for us.

I had to request to remove The rug in the room, as my family has allergy issues and the bathroom mat was also not clean but was promptly replaced on request.

Food, location and cleanliness.

Rooms are small. Rest all good.
