fabulous location and attractive apartment with nice views over the estuary.
very disappointing to find that some of the electronic blinds were not functioning. This was an issue as one of them was in the master bedroom. I reported this issue and was told maintenance would attend to assess. Needless to say no-one came.
The dish washer was also not working. the pool was lovely but very cold. Residents told us the heating system had been broken for months.

The couches need a clean and the outdoor area needs a high power pressure hose. It was a little grotty.

location was amazing, everything you needed was provided. the laundry was a bonus.
we really liked how secure the building is, we felt very safe and comfortable with our kids.
the pool is fantastic.
the apartment was impressive ,plenty of space.
we really enjoyed our stay.
a little surprising that in todays day and age there wasn't wifi, especially for the price you pay per night.
2 small shampoos for 4 people for 4 nights was a bit tight, one more would be better.
the upstairs patio furniture needs a paint job it is rusty.
