Such a lovely, homely welcome and property. The room was spacious yet really cosy with thoughtful touches - the bed was huge and so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing - it was such a treat for it to be freshly cooked at a time that suited us. Lovely location too, really quiet and peaceful with beautiful countryside views.

Everything from the Hostess, Tina, the property, the room, (with a luxurious 4 poster bed). The property is in a quiet rural area with good views over the surrounding countryside. The rear of the property allows views along the river, with seating on the deck. It also allows access to the river walks , down toward the very welcoming local pub. The facilities were everything we needed and Tina's attention to detail exceeded our expectations.

Outstanding- Tina is a lovely host…so are the friendly chickens. Breakfast was incredible & catered to my gluten allergy. Wonderful walking spot with a river to the rear of the property. I stayed for a work visit & internet was excellent. Cannot recommended enough!

Very friendly hosts. Offered a choice of rooms available. Very comfortable and everything you need. Breakfast was the best full English in ages with nice touches. Beautiful location with the river going past and seating available to relax and enjoy the views. Plenty of parking space.

Breakfast was lovely. Went for a walk, beautiful area with lots of wildlife.

We were made very welcome with a friendly greeting on arrival, and shown where breakfast would be and all relevant facilities in the room. Lovely touch of chocolates and biscuits to go with the tea, coffee and water. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful, peaceful view onto the river. The breakfasts are fantastic - freshly cooked to order (placed the night before) and served piping hot and including the delicious honey which is produced on site. A gorgeous, quiet spot surrounded by green fields but within easy reach of so many places and things to do. It felt nothing would have been too much trouble, and we very much hope to return with other family members when we visit our friends in the area again. Highly recommended!

Great location, peaceful, lovely host, great breakfast..

It is impossible to fault our one night stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful despite us being late due to an problem on the M5. The room was clean, spacious, the bed was large & comfortable, and the bathroom had a good shower. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent and a lovely bonus to sit out.

Lisa is a lovely lady, very welcoming and attentive. The annexe was perfect. The bed was very comfy & breakfast was 1st Class!

The booking was made for friends whom I had invited to a party - I know they very much enjoyed their brief stay with you.

Location, lovely room ,excellent breakfast and Tina is a lovely host. Even saw a river Otter one morning swimming in the river Parrett from our window !
