Nice room, decorated well. Building was lovely. Having a kitchenette and couch was very nice, felt like a small apartment vs a hotel room. The location is PERFECT, close to so many shops and resturants. We rented a scooter and it was a very short trip to the Ohio River and Whiskey Alley.

Finding parking was horrible and I didn't feel like the difficulty of that was appropriatly explained before booking. I looked for a hotel with parking and this came up. It doesn't really have parking just if you can get some street parking near then you're lucky. The room was loud, heard everything in the aalll plus several floor boards squeaked to the point of waking the other room member up when going to use the bathroom.

Terrific location with lots of nearby options for dining, drinking and shopping. The interior design is fantastic, with a very cool aesthetic, high quality materials, and amazing attention to details and finishes. I loved the thoughtful extras like the coffee table books, the welcome cookie and oatmeal, the yoga supplies, the live plants. If you appreciate well-curated design, you will be in heaven. I loved the spaciousness of my room, and with the kitchenette could have easily stayed longer. The hotel has an "invisible check-in," which means no front desk; it's more like a vacation rental. The team is super responsive via phone and text.

This is not a complaint, but an observation for future travelers; the walls are very thin. As in, you can truly hear every conversation from the hallway, from the neighboring room, from the sidewalk outside. Not really a problem for me, but just a note for folks looking for a soundproof environment.

I liked how clean and organized it was, the information book was a plus location was amazing. texting staff was so helpful. the live plants gave it a good feel.

The security door wouldn't lock after it was closed, the lighting was blinding.

I love the home like feel and the location. It is cheery and bright, very modern and overall really cool.

between 4 and 8 it can be a bit difficult to find close parking due to all the activity around nulu.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was AMAZING. Great staff who answered all of our questions and needs promptly via text. The rooms are very spacious and homey.

The shower head was super tiny - no tv in bed area.

It was very clean and the room was spacious. having a microwave and fridge was a plus- usually you only get a microwave at a hotel.

The room could use a little more/brighter lighting. There were other guests who were incredibly loud in the hallway around 3:30am. They were shouting, running back and forth between the lobby and their room (while wearing heels), and just being overall obnoxious. I banged on my wall as they were running past my room but I guess they didn’t hear it because they kept going until about 5am. I had co-workers in the next two rooms whose sleep was also interrupted. Not having a staff member around to hold other guests accountable would’ve been nice. with that being said, it’s not totally the fault of the property that the guests who booked that weekend were rude and inconsiderate.

I chose the hotel for the location and it was perfect. Facility was more esthetically pleasing and generous in size than I have come to expect for a bargain, "not break the bank" place.

The common area was quite cold but that's not a real criticism b/c it's winter and I say Kudos for not using the energy on a space that most guests probably wouldn't spend much time in.

Great location -- near a little section of downtown with good restaurants and shops. The room was large, attractive, and clean.

The bed had a weird dip in the middle -- it felt a bit like a hammock. The coffee maker in the communal area wasn't working. There were noisy guests that kept us up until after 2am -- they were walking back and forth in the hallway and talking loudly, and I guess the soundproofing wasn't good because we could hear everything. The hallway floor is especially creaky.
