It was clean. Staff were friendly. Having a shuttle was a huge plus.

Found a dirty water bottle under the bed but that's about it.

staff was exceptional especially Frank Green who shuttled us to and from the Yum Center for the Sweet Sixteen and the Elite 8. Will definitely stay at this property again on our next trip to Louisville!!!

everything. and still a call out to Frank. my daughter and I came to see SDSU for the NCAA. We appreciated the free shuttle. property was a bit further than I realized but Frank made sure we were able to travel safely. front desk and housekeeping were good as well. the brewery across the street was phenomenal.

Breakfast was only lukewarm. Place was a money pit. Charged way too much for a run down hotel with no amenities. Room was $174. No frig, microwave, breakfast was $31. A drink was $17. Ridiculous. Never again.

Loved the location, the hotel itself was nice.

We were not given the room I was told we were getting. It was a very small room for 4 adults. Which is why I reserved the bigger room with a couch and setting room. Our room didn't even have a microwave or fridge. I was very disappointed in the room.

Location, very close to many attractions like bridge, falls of the Ohio state park.

Beds were too small for two people. Fitness centers barely had any weight machines. Treadmills were making noise like a steam engine. I couldn't find a way to run Netflix in room Television. There was a dumpster right outside the window.

there is no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. used the ice bucket to try to make some drinks cold, but the ice bucket was not even water tight and I woke up to water ALL over the table and one of my bags because the ice melted and leaked out the bottom of the bucket. USB plugs and outlets were kind of lacking. felt like a half-furnished room.

Location the atmosphere. Love staying there the water. View walk to restaurants.

Wish breakfast wasn’t so much. But that style place I now it will be.

Price too high so we skipped and went to Waffle House
