Good location
Wifi didn't work.
Requested additional payment through illegitimate means that violated PayPal's TOS.
Refused to return deposit with no valid reason.

Spacious…big bedrooms, living room and dining area.
1.) Owner was not so accommodating. My friend rang her to asked about the location but the owner just hang up the phone 2.) the property is on the top floor. Not safe going up the stairs with no lights so we had to used our mobile 3.) property is for teenagers not for families with young children and elderly people.

Great apartment in good location- 30 minute walk into central Antwerp, 5 minutes to nearby square with lots of bars. Beds were comfortable and facilities fine.
The lighting was very poor throughout the apartment.

My wife and 2children arrived late a long with another mother's with 02
Self check-in no reception staff to assist one person opened the door.
The person opened the door not authorised to give the key so my wife and 04 kids need to wait until we communicate with another person which was very hard to deal with, a very complicated procedures, she asked my wife to pay the deposit of 200 euro by bank transfer only which we don't know about it and my wife asked to take cash or any other way , no she insisted to have it as a bank transfer or no flat keys will be given. Finally she agreed to give the key and she said tomorrow she will pass and collet th 200 euro Cash , she shared the details of the box code and room numbers, Floor number, WiFi code etc.
finally all kids could rest after a very long check in unbelievable unpleasant procedure taking into consideration that my family came late which the lady blamed my wife and was angry why they arrived after the check in time.?!

We accept all the above so far and family arrived and they start to rest they surprised WiFi is not working
My wife called to ask help no one answer no IT support no reception the person was talking to my wife through mobile she stope answering.
My wife and children was completely disconnected disappointed and worried, i call them using my mobile international call since I'm not staying in Belgium.
No facilities, no room service no restaurants to eat nothing at all.
The last and after all, one man came and start knocking the door, asking to open for him since he's from engineering team and he would like to check the gas in the kitchen which we didn’t request maintenance and my wife freaked out and asked him to leave since it was very late and they all felt unsafe since no security in the building as well.
It's only advise... stay a way. Don't ever check-in here please.
