The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Theres a Black Bear Diner next door. Cute little town. Lots of hiking trails. From desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Im finding everyone in Utah is like that. Nice change.

A couple key facts, then my experience. - There are no elevators - It's a little ways off of I-70. Not terrible but not the most convenient. - Parking was very limited when we arrived. The only spaces available were reserved for hotel status guests. My experience: We were delayed in CA so I called the hotel to inform them and confirm a late check-in. They said it was no problem and made a note. When we arrived a little after 3AM, there was no one in the lobby. I tried ringing the bell, looking around, calling the hotel, and calling corporate, all to no avail. While I was messaging my third-party booking site to try and find another hotel, an employee finally came in through the front door after 25 minutes. Without apology, she hung up the endlessly ringing phone and checked us in. She did extend our check-out until noon which I appreciated. I did not make it for breakfast and tried no other amenities so can't speak to those.

This was a good hotel to stay at. It was clean, comfortable and in good condition. A full breakfast was offered and it was good; plenty of choices. Front desk staff is very friendly.

Hotel was nice enough. Back door into hotel by our room didn’t lock which was strange. Also area around hotel didn’t feel safe.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean this hotel was. The price was so good that it seemed too good to be true. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly. It truly felt like they wanted you to feel at home. The pool was great, the breakfast was wonderful. The pride in their work and their establishment really shows. Thank you for a great stay.

It was a little off the interstate so no worries of the traffic noise. Cute town.

This hotel is the best bargain in Utah. Whoever trains the staff is to be commended, because not only is everything run well, but to a person they are pleasant and friendly. That means something when you’re far from home. Our room was on the ground level facing the parking lot, which is also used by the restaurant next door, so I feared noise. But the restaurant closes at 7 and it was very quiet at night. The room was large enough so that we didn’t bump into each other, it had all the necessities (coffee maker, ironing board, toiletries) and like I said was the best bargain we found in Utah. It’s the only place I’d stay if we come through Richfield again.

The room had a wet dog smell mixed with vomit. Heard other people mentioning their room smelled as well! Parking is terrible because The Black Bear Restaurant shares the same parking area. Don’t waste your money.

I was only there there for one night, the staff that checked me in , friendly and courteous, Also had a great restaurant right next to them, i stayed in a few different places in the last two weeks. This one was by far the best one i was at thru Hotels.com

This was a very ok hotel.

This was a serviceable motel for us as the last leg of our road trip home to Denver. Carpet was the thing that bugged me. Needs to be replaced in rooms and in hallways. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked, and hot, which was appreciated. No elevator, so be ready to carry your bags up the stairs if you get a 2nd level room. It was quiet when we were there for one night.

They were all very nice! The place was clean and roomy.

Internet was very slow and had difficulties trying to connect. Very noisy floors heard people walking most of the night.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Being in the middle of town made our visit very convenient. The room was not as clean as I would like but the service was great.

We stayed one night as we returned from our trip to Montana. We traveled with our Golden Retriever and that worked out well.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was on the second floor, but there were no elevators. The building may benefit from a cosmetic remodel. The kitchen staff need support in order to keep up with the guests demand.

I was very pleased with everything except the sheets. They were so worn, that the elastic no longer held the sheets taunt. I know I could have requested them to be changed, so I should not complain. Property is very well take care of. Breakfast was awesome!

It was perfect 2 night incluiding the hot breakfast with fruits.
