We made a reservation for a pet room but they didn’t have any available when we checked in. They still gave us a room but it was in the second floor and the hotel has no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs which was inconvenient. The desk clerk tried to be accommodating but I had definitely called to make sure we had a pet friendly room on the first floor,

We stay in lots of hotels because of traveling with sports. This was the worst customer service. I was told to keep my room keys away from my phone when they stopped working, instead of just doing it with a smile on his face. I had to tell him they were never by my phone and was in a different pocket. Then the food was the worse breakfast food out of all the hotels we stay in. The mustard in the packets were brown and dried out, the eggs were in 1/2 of water making them unedible. When breakfast was over, right on the dot, the staff turned off the lights in the lobby turned off the TVs that were playing (making the lobby unwelcoming and came in and locked the breakfast room as my family and others were still in their eating. As we left, we had to unlock the door to get out. Then for some reason they had a paper over the open time of the pool thing, saying 2:00 p.m. instead of being open in the morning. That's something my daughter looks forward to every time.

The cleanest motel we have encountered on our trip this week. Staff was accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to visit with. You can tell it is a family run business.

Clean place. Ive stayed here 8 times in the last 2 months traveling. I dont care for the shower heads. Way to hard of pressure and water goes everywhere. Everything else was great. Comfy beds. The owner is always so welcoming to me. Thank you.

Front desk was kind of rude and they rushed us out of checking out but other than that great stay for the price.

My family stayed here while participating in a mountain bike race. The staff was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had several options.

We booked because it said it’s pet friendly. To be honest, I’ve not traveled with a pet before. But it really didn’t feel very pet friendly to me. Overall, the building was clean and smelled very good. The two things that warranted lower stars for me was that the remote control to our TV was honestly filthy. Visible yuck in the grooves and buttons. And, blood on the light button in the bathroom. Looked like someone had tested their glucose then “booped” it to turn it off. It should be a cardinal rule to cleanse high-touch areas guys. The rest of it was great. Our bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast gave so many choices, even the pickiest eater could find something they liked. For sure!

I stayed here with my dog. It was emphasized that I can’t leave my dog in my room unattended. In the morning when I went to the breakfast area, I asked a lady working around the lobby if I could bring my dog in the breakfast area. She didn’t appear to speak any English, but my dog was with me and she nodded in agreement that I could bring her inside. Also another employee saw me with my dog inside the breakfast area eating and didn’t say anything Control. However when I was leaving the area with my dog, the manager was there and he sternly said “you can’t bring your dog in the breakfast area ma’am”. I told him that the woman told me that it was alright. He repeated it again but I let him know that I was Already done. If you’re not supposed to leave your dog unattended but you can’t bring them in the breakfast area what are you supposed to do if you’re traveling alone? Also, I understand that not everyone speaks English, but if it was a problem, then the lady should have let the manager know that he step in sooner them don’t seem to Aware of that specific policy. That Experience was unpleasant. The room was very clean And the staff really seem to keep the property clean.
