Nothing at all to be honest.
It was filthy, it smelled horrible — and exactly like dirty shoes or a locker room. It made me nauseas my entire nights stay. I couldn’t relax or get comfortable because it felt like I was staying in a room of strangers filth. I understand it was a room for people who had a pet with them (I had 1, 15 lbs dog with me) but this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even after I’ve left my hair smells like the disgusting room and is making me feel sick. There was some sort of unit in the bathroom that you could see absolutely straight into or out of if you know what j mean, it made me very uncomfortable as a woman.

Your breakfast spread was not only beautifully displayed it was excellent food! Best we have seen. We will definitely stay again!

Convenient location, a decent breakfast was included
Our room door literally had to be lived HARD by the handle when you closed it for the knob & deadbolt to engage the door catch. The door catch to the bathroom was barely held on to the door frame and when we checked in there was maybe 10 square of toilet paper on the roll, with zero spares.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good
Placed us in a room next to the elevator when we specifically asked that they don't. They said they would not and when we went to the room, the elevator was right outside it. Moved us to room away from elevator, but only had a queen room. We paid for a King. TV did not work, the door would not lock unless you lifted the door. Weather stripping around door was hanging off. Could see through around the door. Phone did not work. Desk clerk tried to fix tv. Still did not work correctly.

Ice machine was right outside our door and it was loud. Breakfast was just OK, some of the drink dispensers were not in working order. Also, the eating area was too small, crowded and you could not walk around.

Entry into building with key card didn't work Room was dirty. TV didn't work. The bathroom needed repair.

Very quiet and the breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom in need of maintenance. Inside door frame coming off and hot and cold ring in bathtub off and water getting behind wall. Door stop had also been smashed into the wall. Floor was dirty.

The $30 nonrefundable charge for my pet. He caused no issues. The dog down the hall barked most of the night.
