It was good other than the ac system didn’t work until the last night & the tub didn’t drain

My stay was awesome the staff was great the lady at the front desk was a very outgoing woman she made me feel welcome just like I were at my own home also the rooms were very clean very well. Taken care. One other thing the breakfast was on 1000 it was great just as good as if you were going out to eat anywhere other. For real this place is on there game keep the good work up that’s the reason the rooms are staying booked up

The managers there were very nice. What I didn't like about the room was that it wasn’t as clean I like my hotel rooms. There was dust on the lamps and some of the other fixtures in the room. About 3 spiders on the ceiling in the main room and bathroom shower. We checked for bed bugs just because the place didn’t appear well-kept. The tissue box was not refilled. The bathtub had old soap in the corner. The bathroom wall had yellowish dripping stains running down the wall. Also, I did not care for the water pressure in the shower. I felt like I couldn’t get all the soap out of my hair. Another thing I will add is about the AC/fan unit. I like it cold when I sleep so I had the ac on. Well, it was so incredibly loud when it would shut off and just as loud when it turn back on. Every time it did that it startled me and I did not sleep much at all. I did appreciate the carpet-less flooring. I hate wondering what germs are all in the carpet when I stay in hotel rooms like that. So it was nice to have a carpet-less room. The breakfast was really good!! That was probably the best part of my stay.

The staff was amazing. They are very nice people. Very accommodating. The only drawback is that the rooms are moist. For example.. I straightened my hair ( I have a very expensive straightener) and 30 minutes later I had wavy hair again. Otherwise it was a great stay. The breakfast was really good.

The hotel was clean and very friendly service upon check - in. My only problems were, when we booked we selected to pay at the property when we arrived. The morning of us coming in, they tried to charge my card and I didn’t have that amount of money on it, as I have learned in the past. You never know what is going to happened with these banks and things and not have access to money. They contacted me through email and was going to cancel my reservations if it was not paid. I was on the way from home to pigeon forge and our bank is a small bank, don’t have access to where I can deposit money into our account or atm’s everywhere. That’s was a huge issue as I had stated to pay at the property. The only problems with the rooms, the beds are super hard and extremely high.

The staff said there was a leak in the bathroom they couldn’t fix yet. No problem. This leak was the water on full from the bathtub. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. They said if it’s too loud out a towel under the door. Really?? That’s the solution?? I left before the sun was up

We loved our stay at BW Cades Cove. Andre welcomed us warmly and with a delightful sense of humor, answering all of my questions. His colleague, later on (after 9 pm) offered to come to our room to investigate why we weren’t getting most of the cable channels listed. The room was clean, spacious, with a little table and chairs in the corner. Bed was comfortable and our dog enjoyed the room and the large field just in the other side of the parking lot. We were able to park next to our room. I took a call on the rocking chair outside my room and moved into the lobby at 9 pm when it got too buggy. Staff asked if I needed any assistance. We slept through breakfast, but, I was able to get some tea and a granola bar to go. So near the park! Great place! Great staff! Will return someday! Thanks!

Very nice, well run hotel.

We checked in and were given a handicapped room...no idea why. The bed was extremely high so luckily we are about average in height. There were some maintenance issues that were beyond annoying. The A/C until rattled and made obnoxious noises. The tub faucet would not shut off and literally ran a steady stream the entire time. The sink had a broken stopper and was just left in the sink. As for the shower, there was only a handheld sprayer with very low water pressure. Remember I mentioned we are both average in height, the sprayer was positioned in the corner of the shower and hit us about eye level. The bed wasnt terrible. The breakfast was decent.

Clean and quiet…friendly staff

The attendant that checked us in was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was very clean and had a pleasant clean smell. The beds were comfortable. The area was quiet and we enjoyed listening to the crickets and frogs in the evening.

The staff and the room was great. I was greeted like I was family from the moment I checked my family into the Inn. The customer service of the staff was impeccable, yhe rooms were very nice and super clean. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. The breakfast the next day was at least a 2 star. Our overall experience was a 5+ star

Convenient location. Friendly staff. They do have free breakfast (we did not partake) Room smelled very strong of air freshener (to mask old smell of room). Bed was so-so

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were amazing, very nice and friendly. There was one woman that was very rude, I had 2 encounters with her on 2 different days and both times she was extremely rude. The only negative was that the pool was out of order.

I chose this hotel because I had stayed at other BW and the experience was good. But this one particularly was not that great. I liked that the room's floor was laminated wood instead of carpet. But the bathtub did not drained properly and dirty water was coming out of it. The pool was moldy and closed in the summer! (Really???) The breakfast was ok. No variety of things and the eggs tasted "fake." I wish hotels of same name would have same standards.

The property did not have a pool. It was closed and they said they did not have a permit to run the pool. It was 100 degrees outside every day and the main reason I booked this hotel was because of the pool shown with the big slide.
