We lived this property. Both indoor and outdoor space were beyond expectations.

Nothing-was exceptional!

Stunning with great design. Kitchen was well stocked and outdoor spaces had good quality chairs and tables for relaxing with sounds and view of the river. Being adjacent to town was a nice perk. We were in Townsend for our daughter’s wedding at Harpers Vineyard and being really close-by made it very convenient to go back and forth.

One more private bedroom would have been nice. Another Murphy bed in the upstairs cubby spaces with the futons by the pool table instead. Adults sleeping in futons is rough. The Murphy bed was very comfortable, but less than zero privacy from downstairs noise.
