My favorite part of this stay was the manager. She was very welcoming and helpful.

Very accomodating staff. Clean property. Just a bit noisy from highway close by, tv on in next room, refrigerator & toilet running. But a set of ear plugs can solved those problems! Breakfast buffet offered a selection of bagels to toast, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal & juices. I had a lovely stay at a very good price !

This hotel advertise an airport shuttle but they don’t say that it only starts operating at 7am. It doesn’t make sense since most people’s flights are 7-8am. Usually shuttles start operating at 5.30am or 6am the latest to be able to serve most of people who are using those airport hotels to stay over night and catch a flight in the morning. I felt mislead!

We stayed for one night on a layover. Everything was great! The only issue was the housekeeping staff outside my room starting at 7 am all laughing and joking with each other. Otherwise, breakfast was great, front desk was great!

The service was awesome, the shuttle drivers to and from the airport were very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. The roo was very comfortable. The only negative remark I would have was that the room had had some water damage to the ceiling sometime in the past. That said I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We only stayed for a few hours due to our flight schedule. The bed was comfortable. Their was no hot water, which was a bummer. It was disappointing.

The hotel was good value and exactly what I would expect of an airport hotel - the room was clean, bed was comfy, and the free shuttle was convenient for O'Hare. As others have said, the shuttle runs between 7am-11pm, and you need to pre-book at the reception. This was no problem for us due to our flight time, but worth mentioning.
The area wasn't the most appealing (on a busy road, the nearby restaurants are only really accessible by car) but again is what I would expect of an airport hotel - we just used Doordash.

We had a late arrival at ohare airport so we were happy to stop off here.
There was some issue with the courtesy bus it seemed so it took over an hour to get picked up. Hotel is quite a bit from the airport.
Hotel itself was clean and comfortable and breakfast was fine. Staff very pleasant. Happy with our stay.

No soap was provided in any of the rooms. When we asked for some at the desk we were told they try to save money by not providing unless asked for! We had to walk to the desk to ask for it since our phone in the room didn’t work. Also, all the grout everywhere in the bathroom was broken and missing. Hair all over in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, though.

Excellent staff who work really hard to make guests comfortable. Shuttle schedule is a huge problem. Given guest capacity at hotel you need 2 shuttles. Without the shuttle service your hotel is inaccessible and not worth any price.

I would have given the Best Western a 5 * rating, if it wasn’t for the fact that I never recieved the wake up call I requested for an early morning flight. Thankfully…my internal clock woke me on time, so I didn’t miss my flight. Other than that, I would happily stay at this hotel if in the area again.

It's a bit far from the city of Chicago but it's quite and safe. The staff were pleasant and happy. Now making the mistake of leaving a pizza box out was my fault but it attracted a gang of ants. I was on the third floor.
Aside from that, it was a golden stay. I'm glad I chose them.

It was overall a decent stay. The beds were super uncomfortable though. It was better to sleep on the floor with a blanket pallet. The rooms were clean and the fridge was bigger than most places so that was awesome. Not much for scenery if that’s what you’re into but it was close to a lot of food places. Staff weren’t super friendly but not rude so I’m ok with that. Ac works very well in the rooms. If they have softer beds, I’d come back to this location next time I visit

Solid front office staff and above average free breakfast for the money, but sadly no fresh fruit. Anna in the breakfast area was very warm and kind. On the downside, this location is right next to a noisy highway. And my room (321) did not have blackout curtains. Aside from that, a great experience overall for the money.

Fantastic place to stay - some of the friendliest staff I have encountered at at any hotel. They always seemed to be in a good happy mood, this includes the front staff as well as the house keeping staff. Rooms were very comfortable the building was very clean and a great location to the airport and commercial/industrial park

Staff wonderful, easy check in. Bed was a bit stiff for me, but my son’s was softer & comfortable.
Carpet throughout, not a fan. I don’t know this area - didn’t appear to have food around. Free shuttle to the airport, it’s about 2 miles from ORD.
We ordered food via Uber, it worked great and was wonderful.
I would stay here again, it was reasonably priced.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the front desk...when i booked the room i looked specifically for a hotel that had a airport shuttle. When i asked for the shuttle at 4:30 am i was RUDELY told that it did not start until 7 am.
