Clean Room. Smells good for the most part of our stay specially upon arrival the first time, the y, room and hallways smelled great, however on our last day at the motel when we were checking out we smelled Marijuana, so even though the Hotel is STRICTLY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, there are some guests who are selfish and don't follow the damn hotel rules & policy. We stayed at the Premium room but unfortunately didn't come with a microwave, only a mini fridge however there is a microwave in the lobby for use. You get an ice bucket for ice which is at the 1st and 2nd floor. There is 1 washer and 1 dryer at 1st floor by the lobby. [ credit card or coins is accepted as payment ]. Our room was clean and smells good with clean sheets and towels. Bathroom, sink and toilet is clean as well. Strong A/C. The water temperature doesn't seem to get that hot, or it takes a while for the water to get hot. [ incase you want a hot shower at night ]. The hotel staff are really nice, specially the ladies that works there. All smiles and accommodating. Tiffany for one is great and helped us out. She is an asset to this company. They don't disseminate cuatomers with disabilities or with service dogs, plus regular pets of yours are also welcome, just be sure to be respectful of their property and always clean after yourself and your service animal or pet. Hoisekeeping is available daily. I would definitely stay here again. We originally booked for 3 days but ended up staying for 5 days instead! 😃

The place looks nice. You enter the building and was greeted by with a smile and a hello of the hotel representatives. The nice and pleasant woman named Tiffany was the person that greeted us at the front desk. Gather some info and verified the booking. I always booked online and paid in advance to avoid any future issues at any hotel so that i make sure that i get the room that I have paid for. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator/lift to go to our hotel room the lobby smelled really good and looked really clean, plus not alot of noise. Its QUIET which is great. We have a service dog, so thats nice that it was accommodated without any issues. Theres no microwave with the rooms and we have paod for their premium room, we only have a refrigerator, however they do have a microwave down at the lobby where the vending machines are located. They permit us to heat our foods there. You also her your own ice bucket to get some ice which is located on the 1st floor by the lobby. Theres also 1 washer and 1 dryer to use when you need to wash a few clothes, in our case we did with ease and you can use a credit card or exchange a $10 cash for some coins. The staff are very.nice and helpful, if you have questions just ask. The ladies works so hard as I seem to always see them, the men hotel representatives seems to work more during the nights/graveyard which I can understand for safety reasons, they are friendly regardless. I end up staying for 5 days and will stay here again.

If you are planning to stay at this place, remember that this is a motel with very limited facilities. the rooms did not have a TV, hair dryer, iron, etc. Not even a toothbrush or shampoo.

It was worst hotel ever! I have never had such a bad experience before! There are bedbugs in the hotel, which bit my whole body to the point of huge wounds! the bites are just horrible! It herts so much! I was trying to complain and explain that to the hotel staff, but the most of them don’t know the English! It was so bad that I can’t even explain that, the floor on the room was sticky and there was a strong smell And one more thing, the hotel manager called me at 2:30 AM to clarify my name! I will never book this hotel again, the worst

Lack of a mini fridge was inconvenient. Limited number of outlets. No breakfast but coffee? Why bother doing coffee without breakfast? Overall though it served it's purpose of a place to crash for the night and was decently priced.

The staff was great but its a no smoking building and our room smelled awful, i mean like mold and smoke. Then when we went to shower there was cockroaches, no matress cover and everything but the sheets were stained n smelly, it had good reviews thats why i picked it but it was lies

When we arrived our first room had mold growing on the wall, of what Appeared to be mold. We were given a new room and that room was given. The rest was great- friendly staff, good service.

Very cheap price, everyday cleaning and very organized place

No water jug, microwave, hair dryer, tea, coffee, iron were found, Only 2/3 cups, two soaps, few towels, TV, wifi were found inside the room. Two nights stay $194.

The majority of the negative reviews were right. This place is old, hasn't been remodeled in decades i would say. No fridge,microwave,coffee maker, no closet, the bed is old, torn up, the sheets didnt fit it. Cockroaches, no shampoo. I saw what i was dealing with so i didnt bother with the staff cause i figured it would be futile. Only a subway and a dunkin doughnuts in walking distance It was quitet so that was a plus. Close to the airport and a bus stop in front of it

We stayed at this hotel. Was expecting a good experience. But ended up with bites of bedbugs. Was the first time we were in this state excepting a good experience but the staff were very strict with not much of help. But on top of all bedbugs not acceptable at all. They should do deep clean and fix it. Everyone watch out.

The halls needed vacuumed desperately. The elevator broke while we were there. From the response of the employee, it sounded like this was not unusual.

They are renovating so don’t take my reviews to heart, the elevator didn’t work but only 3 story’s no big deal, great staff. Kinda ugly but I slept good so does that really matter?

Took a very long time to check me in because the computers were frozen, when I finally got to the room as soon as I turned on the lights I saw cockroaches running away, the TV was not working, and the ac was VERY loud.

It's a 2 star place thru and thru, but good enough for a quick in and out at O'Hare. Hallways and external areas looked run down and dirty, but room was pretty spotless. Kudos to the staff for trying where it matters most.

Very Nice property

This is a very basic hotel with a bed, a tv and bathroon that allowed me to stay close to the airport when my flight got cancelled.
