Was not too happy that I had to wait in the lobby when I was checking in due to the virtual credit card not working, having to contact you, and waiting!

The first unpleasant surprise was the $25 fee for parking. A fee that was not mentioned on any website. The second unpleasant surprise was the rundown state of our room. Needless to say we will never stay again nor will we recommend it to others.

For going to the airport, this is almost as easy as it gets. Exit the driveway and you're on the freeway, minutes away from SFO. But much cleaner and better service than other hotels in this area without being too expensive.

Wow, that is run down, properties left and right are shuttered creating a very bad experience. The IHG brand just got flattened.

Air conditioning didn’t work in room

Best combination of service and pricing. Courteous staff, well-kept rooms, all amenities in good working order, free breakfast is filling with plenty of options. Also appreciate the free 24h coffee in the lobby.

Homeless living on my floor

Window curtains do not fully cover up the whole window at room 221,only 40%. I was waken up early by sunlight before 6am, so I do not have enough sleep for the rest of the day .The worst design I have met in hotels as a frequent traveller .

from the minute we walked in, staff was there to help us..front desk gal was a sweetheart. we are in our 80's.... breakfast was good and the gal that was making sure everything O>K> was really doing her job. loved watching airplanes coming and going...

Seems like every room had heavy duty spring loaded doors, each time someone entered or exited their room the door slams shut creating a load bang. Other than that everything else was fine.

Not being able to call the property directly to verify shuttle service was extremely frustrating. I called the day before arrival to verify the shuttle and waited 30 minutes for sometime to tell me I just walk outside. I then walked outside and realized I needed to go to a different terminal for the shuttle. I waited outside for 30 minutes and called the hotel and waited another 30 minutes. I was told by the other Holiday Inn driver to "be more attentive". When I finally got someone at the hotel they told me it was every 45 minutes (no one told me this before). Finally, I got the shuttle and arrived to the hotel more than 1 hr after arriving. If I'd know this I would have taken a lyft/uber. Then when I picked up my company car there was an additional $25 per day. The assistant manager was great. But it is clear that staffing isn't sufficient in the evening to cover check-in's and phone and that the shuttle service is not client service oriented and a promoted benefit that in fact is no benefit at all. I would recommend you either do away with the shuttle or get a driver on staff to support the night shift. I'll be staying at the Dylan in the future where they don't charge for my car and underpromise and over deliver.

AC does not work; switched room because the AC could not cool the room under 74 degrees and the second room would not cool below 70 degrees!!!

Loved the view of the water! The breakfast was good too!

We stayed here the night before an early flight and it was a great choice. Front desk person was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was quiet, clean and bed comfy. It’s not a super luxurious choice but can’t beat it for the money.

Convenient shuttle service to SFO and friendly staff, great breakfasts !
