A lovely hotel with very helpful staff but a lack of sleep from the night club in the basement spoilt the experience and we were located on the top 4th floor! It appears the night club operates Friday and Saturday nights until 2.30am so if you're not into night night life I would suggest somewhere else would be better.

Lovely hotel so different and so big great band as entertainment great stay

Told two bookings all very confusing, breakfast booked but no info when went to breakfast.

Check in was flawless. Sophia was exceptional in her welcome and information. We arrived quite late but was able to get food which was (surprisingly) very good and not expensive as we have come to expect in a uk hotel. Room was very comfortable only negative was the road noise but being close to m4 /a road not much you can do about that. Balcony area was nice if not a little tired (again uk weather! ) would definitely recommend a stay here

great hotel, great room

The family room we stayed in was spacious, ideal for family of 4/5 to stay. The interior of the family we stayed in was dated however the convenient location, nice breakfast, helpful staff, and the accessible leisure facilities definitely won us over! I will stay at this hotel again!

Stayed on Friday night and on first appearances the hotel looks amazing. This does not disappoint elsewhere, it’s the clean and the rooms are comfortable and well kitted out. Swimming pool is great to use during the stay also. However, food is average but the prices that they charge is overly priced. Couldn’t go wrong with the burger my partner and eldest son had and the child’s pizza my youngest had, however I had the belly pork and when it came out it was cold and the mash was I believe powdered mash. We paid the bill when leaving to later be rang in our room at 9pm after putting the kids to bed to be asked if we could go down to reception to pay for a child’s meal that they forgot to charge us for in the first place. Absolutely not after we were all in bed, why could this not wait until the morning? Got home and realised that I had a pending card transaction for £60 from the hotel. Rang them and they didn’t know what it was for, so did reverse it but please check your accounts after this stay. All in all lovely hotel but food let it down and aspects of customer service

Hotel is gorgeous and a lovely pool and facilities, the food was amazing and so are the staff, I will be coming again for a longer period!

The room was clean and tidy with a lovely seating area. The breakfast was good although the waitress forgot to bring our tea and coffee. I much prefer scrambled eggs that are freshly cooked. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

Unique swiss alpine design. No fridge in the standard room. Room doors need to have a stop/hold on them Water in lounge, nearly empty, no clean glasses. Asked for new water but this took in excess of 15 minutes. Live fish in display don't seem to have enough room. Please consider reducing the number of fish per tank.

Great stay

This property was a lovely surprise. The entrance area is large, clean and inviting. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming. The bedroom was clean and modern, we had a standard double room. There were tea making facilities with a fair selection on offer with coffee, teas, cookies, bottled water and mugs/glasses. We had little bottles of body wash and shampoo in the bathroom and a bar of soap which they replaced when we requested room service. Only thing I'd add here is that a handwash and handcream by the bathroom sink would be a good addition. All areas were clean and tidy throughout the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style, which we enjoyed. There was full English breakfast with vegetarian/vegan options available, in addition to breads, cereals, croissants, fruits, juices and teas and coffee. The hotel restaurant meals were enjoyable, with enough of a selection for most tastes and needs. We had a dinner and a lunch there on separate days. Some food wowed better than others but isn't that everywhere? It didn't turn me off lets put it that way 😊 . Now the spa was the main reason for our visit. It was beautiful just what I needed and they made the best of the time I had booked. And the hotel spa facilities were clean and in full working order! Busy and quiet times here but we found a time that suited us and enjoyed it all. Definitely would come back again enjoyed the whole experience.

Would certainly stay here again. Our trip was a weekend in Windsor but decided to stay at the Coppiid Beech rather than a hotel nearer to Windsor, definitely a good choice.

Easy location for access, easy free parking, front desk team are always helpful and caring. Restaurant and bar staff professional, courteous and helpful.

Had a nice pool, everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall good experience. This place had hair conditioner which was nice bc a lot of places we stayed in Ireland and England did not.

The cattle was not working I informed the reception but they did not do anything about it

Nice looking hotel, breakfast decent, room nice and clean, staff in restaurant friendly. Would probably eat nearby next time. Would recommend if within budget. Has free parking and WiFi . Shame you can't book other guests, kids shouting in corridors morning and evening and other adult male guests kicking off on level 2, fighting shouting bagging doors being inconsiderate to others trying to sleep,during this stay

Very good service, rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent, will be great to have more varieties for breakfast especially for kids. But overall very good hotel

Lovely property. Options for EV’s

This was our second stay at The Coppid Beach, lovely hotel, excellent facilities, the only hiccup was the breakfast dining, you had to wait in a queue to be seated and sometime you could be waiting 10 to 15 minutes, which was not good, people were not happy, not as organised as last year, still enjoyed it, will go there again and hope they sort there breakfast sitting out in the meantime, otherwise excellent

Hotel lovely, our bedding for the spare beds were dirty and stained but staff quickly sorted for it for us.

Great stay, but disappointed that everytime we went down to use the swimming pool it was at full capacity. The one reason why i chose this hotel!
