Front desk staff was amazing and helpful, both at check-in and when we went down for water from the little store (reasonable prices there, too). Room was fantastic, worth the money, convenient to downtown. Beautiful view of the lake.
Love the guest expectations, very clearly laid out, and it made for a wonderful, relaxing, and peaceful stay. Felt very safe and secure, all the premises was very beautifully decorated for the winter holidays.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel almost annually for over 20 years! We love it! Not overly expensive and within walking distance to town and Marina. We request an upper floor room facing the lake ( a little extra $) but so worth it. Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful balcony view of Lake Geneva and within walking distance of the downtown area and the Riviera Boat dock where we attended a wedding, spacious clean room, staff was helpful getting a maintenance person in to look at our air conditioner and had it fixed while we took a nighttime walk.

The hotel was very nice, beautiful view of the lake and amazing sunsets. Great restaurant adjoined to the hotel and very close to walking anywhere around town.

This is not an issue solely for Harbor Shores, but I will never understand why handicap-accessible rooms are the farthest from the elevator. When they are at the end of long hallways they are hardly accessible! The same goes for bathrooms. The handicap stalls are always at the far end. Does anyone know why this is?
Otherwise, lovely stay at a property that is beautifully located--close to everything.

Close to harbor tours …Resort fee for what? Resturant does pizza primarily but really overcharges for a small piece of chocolate cake that is smothered on chocolate syrup and redo-wipe. Recent bathroom remodel Jobs’s are a joke..wall partially pained, drawer faces miss aligned, shower lines hooked up backwards.Black mold

Stayed for 2 nights. Overall it was good! Pretty quiet and convenient parking. Super walkable to everything and outdoor pool is very nice. My kids enjoyed both pools and hot tubs. Great to have restaurant on site but do wish they delivered to the room.

The staff was really friendly, it was clean and in a great, walkable location. We parked and left our car there the whole weekend. Most of the room seemed pretty updated but there were a few odd things that seem to be forgotten. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay, and in a more quiet area of Lake Geneva. Downtown was terribly loud and busy. Too many trucks with trailers and loud motorcycles.

Loved the Location!! Staff were friendly and very helpful, over the top customer service, Becky sent me a text message asking how our stay was and if there was anything we needed. That was great… even tho we didn’t need anything because the best comforts were already provided.

Amazing location, view of the lake, restaurants, shopping, nice pool area. Friendly staff. Probably the worst mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel. It was super loud with any movement and had ridges and valleys throughout.

We reserved a room with king bed with lake view and balcony, the only view I got was of the air conditioner units. Asked for another room but apparently they were sold out. Rooms are grey and dark. Grey floors grey blankets etc. didn’t try the pool because it was below the outside area of where the gino east outdoor dining area, made me uncomfortable to think I’m their view. Front desk staff seem to hate their job. Will not return

The only thing we really had to complain about was one of the beds out of the two was extremely uncomfortable and in bad shape. The other one was fine. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the outdoor pool was great and very clean.

Loved the location and lake view room on 5th floor king bedroom. However, the shower was extremely small and I’m a small person saying that. The shower head was broken for the taller option so it was a little difficult for my husband. The little dinette area didn’t have any of the dishes. I also expected better quality of the overall room.

Room 212 has a balcony with a lake view. Great, but just below the balcony is a roof that has some trash and a lot of rusted metal. Not very appealing, clean it and paint it.

We stay at Harbor Shores a few times every year. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, just enough amenities, nice restaurant onsite but really the best location in lake Geneva if you like walking and the lakefront. Usually very reasonable too
