Not great condition. Needs a major renovation. Ceiling had patched up spots from water damage. Breakfast left a lotto be desired. Very little selection.

This place is run down. You want to not walk around without your shoes on.

The rooms carpet looked dirty and felt dirty. There was a bit of a smell . The hotel was very dated with wallpaper peeling off the wall. Staff was nice but we were disappointed in the facility.

This hotel was disgusting. Balcony door didn't even lock on the second floor. This was a shared balcony. The room as very run down and also had a large fly issue inside. I would avoid this place and stay elsewhere.

The room was discussing, mold on the walls, pictures of this were taken. Ended up having to drive home

Ceiling is not completed properly, shower curtain has weird stains , carpet is dirty , bed sheet and pillow had hair,. I don't recommend this place.

We were upgraded to a room with a jet tub but it didn’t work. Shower was outdated, carpet was poorly installed. Bed had no mattress protector and the duvet was visibly dirty. Either the tv did t work or we just couldn’t figure it out Staff were friendly and helpful. Place didn’t smell

This property is not one i would recommend.

The place was 5th world living condition. I wouldn't take my shoes off let alone touch the bed. There was mold everywhere, falling down ceilings, no AC, broken tv, dirty moldy bathroom. And the list goes on.

Checkin went well. No elevator and our room was on the second floor. Difficult to get suitcase up the stairs because of recent knee replacement. Room was not clean. Found cereal on the floor. Dust everywhere. Blackout curtain had holes in it. Air conditioner panel had gobs of dust built up on it. Furniture very worn and dirty. Shower had low pressure and could only get warmish water. Would not recommend this hotel.

Property needs major upgrade

the tv only had 5 channels and two were in a foreign language the toilet was so close to the wall you could not get the tp. Last we stayed two days and the second no one even checked on our room or did any housekeeping.

Staff were fine. But unit’s definitely need Renovation. Ceiling poorly patched, curtains with small holes, bathroom very small and odd lay out, grout and tile dirty, missing finishing rings for the taps in shower, tv remote missing the back cover, tv very old, hallway and stairwell need cleaning or replaced, wall patched but not repainted, very very expensive for a room in such bad condition, continental breakfast very limited and was in the front lobby of the hotel. Not sure how the pool was or if it even had one (ad did show a pool) Not a good experience considering it is a well known name Ramada. We would have left it we didn’t have an appointment the next day and if we hadn’t gone pass the cancellation time.

Not friendly staff and no smiles to welcome. Moreover building was too old AC looks funny

Pool was not warm. Hot tub and sauna were not working . Hotel was quite rundown and breakfast was inadequate

Like most of the other reviews have already mentioned. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews prior to. Lesson learned. Absolutely disgusting place. Most bed sheets have yellow staining and hair. Carpets were filthy on the entire premises. Not one good thing to say

At the time we booked, this hotel was $40-$60 cheaper than other options. If you set your expectations to match the price of the room, you will find this hotel to be very satisfactory. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the pool and breakfast were nice extras. The air conditioning was powerful and effective (it was 32°C outside and the room was very cool). The bathroom was functional but not fancy. The hotel doesn't seem to be in the best neighbourhood, but we had no problems. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.

I have been trying to find something positive to say about this property but I can't. I know I should have stayed in my vehicle when I was waiting to check-in and their was a person who was trying to find a cleaner room than the 3 they have already looked at. I got into my room and the carpet was dirty, the curtains had stains on, the headboard had finger prints all over it, I pulled back the covers of one bed and there was a huge hair, and the pillows were the size of throw pillows. I have stayed in a lot of independently owned hotels and have always enjoyed them... this was something out of a nightmare. The fact that Ramada has actually put their name on it is embarrassing. DO NOT STAY HERE

This room had no Information ie about nearby resturants. TV had very few stationsbut 2 different remotes.The furniture was in bad shape. A wooden peice set was on top of the unit (instead of fixing the furniture).Drawers would not open and when pulled upon,a blanket was found,but drawer wouldn't close all the way. Desk had no drawer. One facecloth instead of Hand Towels was set at the sink (which was outside of the toilet and tub room ) One bar of soap at tub but none at sink. Sink would not drain properly. Cut a finger from the sticking out metal edge of the t. paper dispenser. The toilet had urine on it. Old tub had a discolored grey bottom oval and Cleaning ladies said it is because it was old but was cleaned between each customer. Searching for a dropped object a large stain was revealed on the mattress . Carpets needed cleaning.

The room was clean; however, I was aghast that the room was near $300 but the bedding consisted of crumpled pillows and sheets that were not properly tucked in. What was most disconcerting was that the outside door and inside fire door were both propped open, which negated any security. There was a distinct whining noise streaming all night, and some neighbouring guests were drunk and loud until 4:45am. The TV was quite small compared to other hotel rooms, and the breakfast consisted of toast and fruit. The landscaping was heavily weeded and full of garbage that had blown in. There was no sense of friendliness or pride in the property. I expected more from a Ramada hotel. My family was just driving east from a late ferry and needed a place to stay. I would recommend spending less and driving to Hope.

The place is a shambles dirty old rusty air conditioners under the stairs in the entrance to the upper floor, the carpet is from the 70’s dirty and smelly. The pool was unusable smelled like chemicals and the hot tub had gross foam in it . Do not stay here cost $263 not worth half that on a good day

DON'T book Ramada. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. I was booked at room 222 on the first night and the windows were dirty, the towels were dirty and still had stains on them; the floor was dirty, did not look to have been vacuumed/cleaned at all. The towels that they gave me all had stains on them which was really gross. They must have been washed but not properly. The bath tub was peeling off; the cabinets were dusty and falling apart. I requested to cancel the rest of my stay but they wouldn't refund me so I had to stay, I requested a different room and was given 321. The room was bigger but still was dirty. The comforter dirt stains that appear to have been on them for a while - they have "mapped out" already. Even if a regular (not vain) person does not wash their comforter for a month, it wouldn't be that dirty compared to the hotel's. I asked for a replacement set of beddings but was told they did not have one. I ended up using a clean fitted sheet for the bed (that's what they gave me) as a blanket. The door to the bathroom has punched hole on it. The carpet was dirty; the chair was dirty. The only area in the hotel that appeared clean was the entrance/lobby and kitchen. The rest of the hotel floor are dirty. The staff were rude and unfriendly. When I asked if I can use the washroom in the main floor; I was told "Yes, but you have to clean it after. It is only for staff and next time do not use it." That's your customer service at it's finest.

I was very surprised to see this property on the advertising which it was very nice and beautiful, but in reality the place looks trashy, it looks like a shelter for homeless people, felty carpets, the rooms smelled horrible, bathrooms old and dirty, the walls have stains and some doors have missing paint, and the worse part is that the sheets were stained with yellow spots that I don’t even want to know what it was but I can imagine. Sheets look like the didn’t changed it from the previous guest because we also find some pubic hair, so that was disgusting. I complained to the front desk and I tried to cancel reservation because the condition but they refused because they said it was part of a combined reservation, they told me to call Expedia which I called and they told me they will help me to get a refund for that part of the hotel, until today I have not hear anything from Expedia, I really hope they help me and they also take this hotel from their business.

Complementary breakfast ended at 9am..this is not noted anywhere for visitor knowledge.

The room was spacious and staff were friendly. Overall the stay was fine. I found the property seemed to be a bit on the rough side. It seemed the housekeeper was either distracted or neglected to take care of some things as there were some towels missing and no toilet paper at all in the room when we arrived. .

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very old and dirty.

The Expedia photos of what room type we reserved was not the same as what they had as they changed franchisees in 2020 (according to what they said). It was extremely noisy, disorganized and when we checked out we were not greeted kindly. No one asked how our stay was, they had the wrong email address for me, no record of the deposit they took etc.
