Went here mostly because the price was low and it was only one night, but I was quite unimpressed. There was small black specks of dirt on the bedsheets, the curtains refused to close properly even though the window pointed directly towards rather bright lights, the freezer was in severe need of a defrost cycle and was frozen over inside, and several of the light switches on the walls didn't seem to do anything so I had to stumble in the dark to even find the wall lamp switches to see when I arrived after dark. Check in was quick and easy at least, as was checking out, but the room just wasn't taken care of all that well. The breakfast was all just bread adjacent stuff too. Cereal, very small muffins, one of those automatic pancake makers (though there was no size setting and they were tiny), and toast was all they had to offer, though at least they had syrup for the pancakes, jelly and butter for your toast, and apple juice (the orange juice machine was down). I dunno, this really could've been a lot better if the pancakes weren't so tiny and some fruit or eggs or something were available to give a little variety. Honestly I've had better stays elsewhere even at this sort of super cheap price point. You've got the customer service down, now clean up the rooms please.

This room was disgusting. I was told there is no smoking, yet the entire hotel reeked of Marijuana. Once inside the room, there was feces on the bathroom floor. The shower wasn’t properly cleaned, hair was left in it from previous guests. I didn't bother unpacking bc there were centipedes on the non-carpeted floor. I refused to take my shoes off due to the cleanliness of the floors. Overall an awful experience and will not be going back to another Days Inn.

Rude staff and never received deposit back after bagging all trash and removing all bedclothes for them to make things easier for housekeeping

Pictures make the rooms look way nicer, constant hallway traffic all hours of the night. Had to have my room key remade every day. Smoke detector would randomly chirp like the battery was dying. Addressing any of these issues with management went nowhere.

Our sheets and comforter were disgusting. They were brown with stains all over them. The couch had stains on the cover of it. The pillows had what looked like makeup leftover on it. In the shower, there was hair and left over soap container from whoever had been there last. Definitely would not recommend.

The front desk he is very nice and helpful the hotel always clean I was here well am here because my AC unit went out of my home and I need some repairs and it has not been bad staying here

The staff were unorganized and poor communication about guest and having a late check out and disturbing guest for no reason at all. Half the staff had no clue we were guests during our stay even tho I gave my room number anytime I had an issue. Very aggravated on the walking to get my stuff from the car and having to use only one entrance to go in and out of be cause another door doesnt work.

You get what you pay for. The area was really nice , lots to do and places to eat. If you need a semi decent m place to stay that’s cheap I would recommend

The toilet didn't flush. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. No towels. We didn't try to use the tv. We just needed a place to sleep for the evening. We had planned on swimming but it was locked and not open until after check out time. We got in very late in the evening and had to wait awhile to check in even though we had made reservations online. There was a line to check in. There didn't appear to be much staff. Breakfast was very limited but the website led you to believe there would be breakfast. The pictures on website didn't match the rooms at all or the facility. My kids and I didn't feel safe at all so our night was not restful. The beds were hard as rocks. We were disappointed in this stay. It was not like our stays in other facilities by this company. We hope if we ever give this facility another chance it will have improvements

Check out was 11 I asked for a possible late check out of just one hour to noon and they said no absolutely not then even though we had bags and hand and we’re getting ready to walk out of our door to go check out the manager knocked on our door at 11 to remind us that we had to leave right then I felt like it was extremely rude and uncalled for.

I did not stay at this property. After checking in my guest came to the room to visit with a small pet. The front desk attendant got very upset and immediately asked me to leave I tried to explain to him that the guest could leave with the pet but I had no intentions of the pet being in the hotel with me. They charge a $50 deposit for smoking and I shared with him that the room was already smoked in it smelled strongly of nicotine smoke. I did not stay in this hotel and I am looking for a full refund of my deposit and the cost of the room since I didn't stay there. If you are ever in Indianapolis I would definitely not waste my time here.

We had a room for four people and they never had towels or washcloths for us. We were given 2 in our room. We asked for 2 more and we were given pool towels. I asked about washcloths again so they gave me 2 more pool towels to use as washcloths. The pool was also very dirty. The bed was as hard as a rock. The breakfast was very limited.

Good place to stay while in Indianapolis. Conveniently located near the interstate.

The light by the bed did not work. The bathroom was filthy. The floor in the room was really dirty. The air conditioner did make very loud noises. No soap was in the room.

Generally my stay is great this time not so much. I was there 4 days and not was my room cleaned not once. The occupants in the room next to me very loud half the last night. Out of 6 yrs visiting I am very disappointed. Rethinking my visit for next week

Helpful and kind staff. A moderate hotel that is a step above basic. The room was clean. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, toast, mini muffins, milk, juice, apples, and best of all, pancakes. Pool was indoors, clean and a good size.

The front desk person was friendly responsive and knowledgeable. The breakfast was terrible. A pancake machine making silver-dollar sized pancakes, muffins and cereal. The utensils were not replenished. The juice was concentrate only. The apples were good. The bed was hard. I was sore every morning. The bathtub was dirty. The hotel room was fairly cheap so I can’t complain too much. You get what you pay for.

The lady who did our room service was very kind. The front desk had no way to reach them if they weren't there at night. The juice machine didn't mix water with the juice contents making it very undesirable. The literal quarter sized pancakes were gross. The coffee was good enough though. We had a phone in our room that was missing nearly every button but the zero key, and even that didn't work. We had to go buy our own blankets because the ones we had were badly stained and falling apart. The beds were very stiff. The shower was passable, but bathroom was tiny. The rooms mini fridge freezer was gross. The Air conditioner worked well, but definitely needs to be services soon as it would sometimes make a weird noise. The downstairs back door stated, "Always locked security door." this was false this door was never locked and didn't require anything special to come through. The check in process was easy enough, but over all the price IMO was too expensive for this particular room. Also the pool was locked and we had to get the staff pending they were available to unlock it. We ended up not swimming due to this. Also the water fountain by the ice machine was a trap, you would press it lightly and water would launch clear up into the air and all over the wall. 2 Star's at best. If it wasn't for our house keeper being so kind it would be less.

Hardwood floors do not seem to be mopped, amenities listed on site are not really there, asked for a rollout bed and was told that they don't have them, asked for extra blankets and pillows and was also told that they don't have those, bathroom did not look very clean and when I asked for extra towels I was told they would be brought to the room and they never arrived. The pillows are not very comfortable and the beds seem to be smaller than the size we were told we would have. Microwave in the room did not work. Breakfast items offered were underewhelming, with the muffins offered being just single packs of very small dry looking muffins. When we asked for eating utinsils for our dinner we brought to the hotel we were informed that they were under the counter by the employee yelling it at us.

The security door did not lock properly and you had to muscle it open. The room was supposed to be accessible to wheelchairs but a person in a wheel chair could not have escaped from the room if there was an emergency. There were holes in the bathroom ceiling and walls and the shower rod was pulling out of the wall. Its hard to believe a state inspector gave this hotel a passing grade.

There was no elevator and being on the 2nd floor with an elderly individual was very hard. The entire second floor smelled like weed. At check-in, the gentleman was on his phone which was on speaker but I didn't know if he was talking to me or the person on the phone and when he did talk to me, it was maybe two words
