It’s in a terrible area. Ac not working, floor sticky and gross. Check in area couches super dirty.

Bathroom upgrade was poor. Pipes visible under the sink and vanity was unfinished. Plaster dust on the picture frames and plaster drips on bathroom door.
Sleeping room was neat and comfortable.

Too expensive for the quality. No amenities that are common. No pool for paying $200. Bathroom paint splattered. Bed was fine.

The bathroom door did not close. The fridge door also did not seal shut. Other than that clean and quiet.

The room was spacious, but it looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. Very plain. The bathroom was clean, but the sink drain was slow and the shower was a little wonky.

Well, when I checked in, I called the front desk and informed them that I found curly body hairs on the wall of the shower, as well as used towels. The room was not properly cleaned before we arrived.
They also did not clean our room when we were there. I requested towels from the front desk that were clean, because there weren’t clean towels in our room.
Housekeeping delivered towels, and then they were taken out of our room when we left for the day. I had to call housekeeping again when we returned that evening for clean towels, since the ones I requested were taken out.
I would not recommend this location, as it was not properly cleaned, and even when I contacted the front desk, they did not help.

When I checked in there was still someone squatting in the room and they reassigned me to the room next door. Then I heard the hotel staff yelling at the guy to leave the room. The faucet in the shower was running continuously and there were stains on the floor and furniture. Hallways and premises smelled of cigarette smoke.

No one at check in. There was quite a line when some finally showed. Room was clean and the beds good.. Soap was tiny and body wash/shampoo container broken. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but typical for this hotel level.

I had to be switched rooms 3 times due to bugs in the sink & tub as well as the bed linen was not changed

When I checked in the night staff were unfriendly and acted angry or defensive with normal questions. The elevator smelled like engine oil, so strong I had to hold my nose for the ride. The floors if the lobby and elevator were dirty. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a madhouse and the food not very good quality. For the money spent I should have stayed at an air bnb instead. Overall other than the room, which saved made the stay bearable, the hotel was king of gross. The morning front desk woman was friendlier and smiled, however, asked questions and then responded like she hadn’t heard anything I said back in response. At that point it was comical.

I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars! It was absolutely wonderful! Everything I needed was within a 15 minute drive or less and it’s within walking distance from a McDonalds and Taco Bell so snack runs were convenient. The staff/owners were so kind, helpful, and wonderful. They made us feel like we were visiting family for the holidays and I can’t thank them enough for how comfortable they made us feel. The hotel was clean and quiet and cozy. I highly recommend!

We stayed here a month ago and gave this property a second chance because our first visit wasn't great. We ran into the same problems on our second visit. This place is not clean!!! Our comforters on the 2 beds had large yellow stains on them! We notified the front desk and they replaced them with clean ones. The morning we checked out we noticed the one of the mattresses had black spots on the side of it. Management needs to address the problem they have with housekeeping. Either they're aware of it or their staff is really not performing. I welcome a phone call to discuss this further.

Front desk staff were friendly even when we arrived in the middle of the night. Rooms were fine and clean. I did not like, however, that the first floor rooms also had a door to the outside for security reasons and because it was apparent that people would smoke right outside their rooms. Hotel is tucked away backing up to a wooded area so I was a bit concerned about parking lot security with a dorm room full of stuff, but it was mostly well lit and we didn’t have an issue.

Property is pretty dated. Not the cleanest of rooms. Our room had both indoor and outdoor access. The outdoor access was not very secure and not sealed so bugs were able to come in. Gnats throughout the room. Dust coated pictures on the walls. Staff was helpful.
